I love that they released this on 4k now after only having the blu-ray version. Great copy and steelbook. The detail of the case is top notch!

I love Saving Private Ryan so much so I was excited to find this at Best Buy! And then to find a Blu-Ray version? Even better! I've watched this movie many times before when it comes on TV and I plan on watching it tons more now!

This is definitely one of my favorite movies and a keeper. I play this on my 92 inch projector screen and wow. The saphire edition is the way to go with a widescreen. I highly recommend this movie.

Moving. From the opening D-Day scene to the very end is powerful. If you can tolerate a lot of gore and love America, this film is for you.

Top notch steelbook and amazing UHD presentation. Obviously the movie is a classic. Sometimes the a simplistic approach to a steelbook design is the best.

There hasn't been a better war movie than this and it is twenty years old. That really says something. With it on 4K, makes the action scenes even better. Cannot take your eyes off of it.

Got it as a Christmas gift for a friend and he loved it. He's building a 4K steelbook movie collection and this was a great addition to his library.

Not only is this one of the greatest achievements in the war genre, you can now watch this in true 4K and HDR, and even Dolby ATMOS audio. Even if you have the Blu-ray, this is a worthy upgrade

What can be said about this movie that hasn't been said already? Absolutely nothing. They have said it all. This movie is just perfect.

4K video and sound update is very good. Still one of the best movie openings ever. I always liked it but somehow never bought it on DVD or Blu-ray until now.

Well written and directed film about World War II in Europe. Very graphic visuals / violence, especially at the beginning (my elderly parents couldn't watch it ... too graphic). Illustrates both courage and fear, and all the other horrors of war / combat. I previously owned a VHS copy, and was glad to be able to purchase a 4K remaster.

I owned the VHS version and my husband watched it so many times over the years that it eventually wore out. I purchased the DVD version so he can continue to watch one of the finest films made about WW2.
