What a movie. So many great performances throughout the movie. The opening D-Day invasion is an intense, realistic portrayal of the men that stormed the beach in France. Not for the squeamish as it clearly shows the brutality of war.

The beach landing scene is the most accurate depiction of D-Day I have ever seen. They got the slang and attitude right. The number one thing that lets this movie down is Giovanni Ribisi. He is a mediocre actor. They got most of the details right.

Definately a must have especially if you love war films. I dont know of any other WWII film that can really out do this one. I upgraded my regular bluray to this 4k. Its that good!!!

I salute our Veterans and Active Duty Military for their service to our great nation. Freedom comes at a high price. The cemetery headstones to see all the loss of life brings a tear to my eye at the beginning of this movie.

Saving Private Ryan might be the best war movie of all time especially in this 4K version I also really like a few other war movies but they are not my main genre

Good movie. A must own DVD for the collection. It took us a while to find it on Blu ray or dvd, had to pre order at most stores but Best Buy had it in stock and in Blu Ray. So it was a win win situation for us as customers. Five star movie

Very good nostalgic war movie from Steven Spielberg. Couldn't have asked for better. Nice upgrade from the blu-ray and HDR id outstanding.

Many people never new this story was based on real events. Tom hanks second best work(Philadelphia)that inspired Band of Brothers series. 4k steenbook, get it while you can.

WARNING: doesn't come with Blu-ray version of the feature film, only bonus features. I thought it did! Excellent quality of course. Spielberg is one of the greats.

Saving Private Ryan is a must watch movie. It is a great story with beautiful pictures in 4K and amazing audio. The bullets sounded like they were flying past my head.

Another older movie that they did an amazing job upscaling into 4K. The picture and sound are so good it feels like you’re actually there.

Almost everyone knows this film but this 4K UHD version looks great,especially those famous opening minutes. Steelbook are is the same that's been around for awhile.

ONE OF THE GREATEST MOVIES EVER MADE. YOU REALLY GET TO SEE WHAT WAR IS LIKE BACK THEN IN THE OLD DAYS. THE SOUND AND SPECIAL AFFECTS ARE AMAZING.

For only a 5.1 soundtrack, there's definitely a lot be had with this one. No matter how much time goes buy, this movie will never get old. Always a fun treat to watch a Tom Hanks film, great performances always.
