Despite being originally advertised as a 4k with Blu-ray and extras, the extra blu and the extras disk are stripped of this steelbook release (which are included in the regular 4k release). FYI there is a tradeoff with the steel here.

Don't be fooled by the J-card on the steelbook. This steelbook only includes the 4K Movie and Special features (on a Blu-ray disc). DOES NOT INCLUDE the movie in Blu-ray.

Impulse buy, and I paid for it by the transfer being very mediocre. Yes, the sound is upgraded, but the movie is visually exactly what I remember.

Picked this up today. Steelbook is matte finished. Does not include the 4k emblem on the spine. And the Blu-ray included is only a special features disc and not a feature film disc. Very disappointed with this release.

4K isn’t very good and missing lack of commentary track is disappointing. A decent amount of BTS footage and a documentary on the war.

Great movie. Bad description. I bought this because it was listed as being a 4k Blu ray/Blu ray/ digital steel book combo. Had 4k, had digital code, had steel book. I guess it had a Blu ray disc in there so technically that's correct. But it's not the movie disc. It's only special features. I did not have a 4k Blu ray player at the time I bought it so was basically worthless.

Blu-ray format makes it one of the best picture and sound available, but this was not a huge difference from DVD compared to other titles.

The movie is one of the best of all time, but the actual look of the product is horrible. They did not take the time to properly transfer this to 1080p. There's white spots in some shots, and it's very grainy in others. There are no bonus features just a single disc that says disc 1. Maybe they will take their time and do a proper transfer for a 4k release on an anniversary.

I ordered this and it was lost in the mail for weeks. Avoid buying from Bestbuy.

Wish the steelbook came with also the bluray disc, i would recommend just the regular 4k version

This is a great film however I have to warn you this steelbook only has two disc's, the 4K disc and the special features disc on standard bluray.... this does NOT come with the film on standard bluray.
