I saw this movie in the theatre and have a copy in bluray. Watching it in 4k UHD is amazing. It is worth getting it and i highly recommend it.

This film is in my opinion one of the greatest, most accurate, and gut wrenching war films of all time, a must see! My only gripe is not with Mr Tom Hanks or the masterpiece film he took part in it is with Paramount. The digital copy enclosed with my copy didn't work and I've emailed paramount twice with no response. I'm guessing my only option is to return it to best buy which is going to be a hassle because they don't stock this film at the store and ill have to special order it again not to mention the closest best buy to me is over an hour away

Saving Private Ryan is great to see on blu-ray for better picture

As a major WWII buff, this is the 1st film to accurately show visuals of what it must of been like. So of course the Blu-ray just makes it that much more real.

Excellent film. 4K improved the sound tremendously. Video is good although they have given the film a sepia look to make it war time real.
