Great War movie. Cinematography is done very well and it’s a great heart felt story.

A must see masterpiece! If you haven’t seen this yet, and are into war films, stop what you’re doing right now and pick this up. It’s worth it.

I have seen this movie many times and will continue to watch it for years to come as it is one of the best WWII movies ever made, so of course I’m going to buy it in 4K, it’s a no brainer!!

Moving. From the opening D-Day scene to the very end is powerful. If you can tolerate a lot of gore and love America, this film is for you.

There hasn't been a better war movie than this and it is twenty years old. That really says something. With it on 4K, makes the action scenes even better. Cannot take your eyes off of it.

Classic Film with a great soundtrack and transfer. Thank goodness they didn’t mess around with this 4k 20 year special.

Top notch steelbook and amazing UHD presentation. Obviously the movie is a classic. Sometimes the a simplistic approach to a steelbook design is the best.

Got it as a Christmas gift for a friend and he loved it. He's building a 4K steelbook movie collection and this was a great addition to his library.

I owned the VHS version and my husband watched it so many times over the years that it eventually wore out. I purchased the DVD version so he can continue to watch one of the finest films made about WW2.

Well written and directed film about World War II in Europe. Very graphic visuals / violence, especially at the beginning (my elderly parents couldn't watch it ... too graphic). Illustrates both courage and fear, and all the other horrors of war / combat. I previously owned a VHS copy, and was glad to be able to purchase a 4K remaster.

Amazing movie, with a great sound system and my projector, I could imagine myself on the beaches of Normandy (scary thought). Great acting all the way around and gives you a close, realistic look at war.

Beautifully directed film, Another Addition for Steelbooks, Wish it had more than than just the Feature Film w/ the regular features but can't complain. A Steelbook plus Bluray disc is just bout fine in this Product.

Really good visuals from the 4k transfer. Vivid colors and decent blacks. Highly recommend this upgrade to an already fantastic story line.
