Very disappointing

I called, after 2 hours of talking to 5 different people, I got NOTHING. Last person, the manager from sales department told me they cannot do anything about it. It's very disappointing.

No code to play game!

Called and had another one shipped and again nothing on the inside! This is a joke! I won’t order from Best Buy again! I’d request a refund but I know Best Buy won’t help me with it as it was part of the XBOX deal!

Thought it was the game, but was the collectors edition box only. Why would they give that as a free gift with an Xbox that doesn’t even use discs? Makes no sense.
