Deceptive Case

NEVER PREORDERING AGAIN

Didn’t get access to beta on the weekend after paying for preorder then I get 2 charges posted to my account for the same game. When I call customer service they have no record of it so I had to call my bank to have one of the charges reversed. Never using Best Buy again.

Whatever for? Why waste the postage on an empty case? The Xbox doesn’t even take discs so what is the point of the box?

The case is an empty cd case with art on it for a digital release. What am I supposed to put in here? At least my Cyberpunk 2077 came with a bunch of art, maps, and music.
