It's not that it's botched (that can happen) or it's no longer available (also can happen). But I was told (including by upper management) that it was a freebie so they won't do anything about it. Of course it wasn't a freebie, it was an incentive for you to send Best Buy money and commit to buying the game from them before it's released. Most companies, when they can't offer a return of sorts will offer some sort of restitution. Not Best Buy. Of course they are going the way of Circuit City so I am not completely shocked...just a little annoyed...and I don't blame the employees (they were all super legit), it's a company culture issue I'm guessing.

Can't wait for part 3!
