Not Bad, only Exclusive

Exclusive doesn't mean good, and that is the case here. In simple words, I wouldn't have pre-ordered from Best Buy if I knew the steel book was like this.

I think the deluxe steel book case was better. With that being said, I wouldn’t purchase this as a separate item. Get the deluxe edition instead.

Horrible support, delivery, and service

You call the support and take it into the store to at least inform them and they laugh about it. Would not recommend pre-ordering stuff from best buy in the future as this seems to be pretty consistent with them. At least gamestop will show a little empathy

Though they did try to make it right, the person at fault is the idiot who thought “I’m a cut open steelbooks with a razor blade, that’s a good idea, it surely won’t cut them or damage the collectible case”

All Best Buy Steelbooks Arrive Damaged

This time it's a boxcutter slice on the spine. And there's never an option to exchange online, even though I purchased it online. At least it's a freebie, but don't get your hopes up!
