It's not what I expected, only one side of the steel book is nice. Exclusive doesn't mean good, and that is the case here. In simple words, I wouldn't have pre-ordered from Best Buy if I knew the steel book was like this.

This was worth it for fans as a pre-order item. I think the deluxe steel book case was better. With that being said, I wouldn’t purchase this as a separate item. Get the deluxe edition instead.

Item arrived in a box already open with a dent and scratch down the entirety of it. You call the support and take it into the store to at least inform them and they laugh about it. Would not recommend pre-ordering stuff from best buy in the future as this seems to be pretty consistent with them. At least gamestop will show a little empathy

Whatever moron of an employee cut open the packages with a razor knife and cut my steelbook, and because it was limited BestBuy wouldn’t even send me a new one even though it was their own employee’s and company’s fault. Though they did try to make it right, the person at fault is the idiot who thought “I’m a cut open steelbooks with a razor blade, that’s a good idea, it surely won’t cut them or damage the collectible case”

All Best Buy steelbooks arrive damaged. This time it's a boxcutter slice on the spine. And there's never an option to exchange online, even though I purchased it online. At least it's a freebie, but don't get your hopes up!

Well it's a metal game case. Beautiful designs on both sides with the name on it's edge. Nice piece for collectors plus it was free with my pre order

Got the Steelbook but the Deluxe Edition of the game was bit damaged and took another week to arrive.

Happy steelbook had no damage, need to package product way better when shipping please

Best Buy once again fails to send collectable merchandise in good condition. Mine came with egregious slash right on the spine caused by careless use of a box cutter by employees. I've seen the manufacturer box these come in and they warn very specifically to NOT use box cutters on the tape so as not to damage the Steelbooks this way. There's usually a piece of cardboard protecting them as well so employees have to be using a lot of force and being exceptionally careless to do this kind of damage.

I preoder the deluxe version of the game back December to make sure i got a copy of the game when it came out. Well i got the game the same day it came out but my steelcase bent so badly that it doesnt even close. I dont of was do to packaging or transport but this insane.

I wish i could give a good review but this preorder was a total failure. Ontrac claimed to deliver 3x and failed deliver b/ “no one home” yet inwas home the last two times. Talked to BB agent to refund after some back and forth. I lose out on a cool steelbook and nobody wants to take accountability for their fails…

Arrived totally broken. Terrible packing. Was a preorder bonus so no replacement.

In store Best Buy customer sevice is a dumpster fire. Embarrassing that they arent able to help with orders. Most stores will at least call customer service for you and try to get an answer but these people knew nothing and did nothing.

Unfortunately it did come pretty beat up and i did store pick up.....
