Came damaged thanks to poor packaging. Customer Service refused to help me and wanted me to repurchase this again via a link. Then I got rudely hung up on. Do yourself a favor and preorder your games elsewhere. It is just not worth the hassle.

Not ordering anything from Best buy unless it's available for in store pick up. I'm tired of shippers damaging my products

I pre ordered final fantasy rebirth deluxe edition. I recieved the game however only a label was printed for this pre order bonus but it never shipped. Support would not help

Damaged on pickup (scratched/dented) tons of reviews on the main game saying they didn't even receive theirs. Will there be a restock to appease customers who were misled?

Mine came badly damaged. Went and talked to an associate who was helpful but said there was nothing he could do.

Game expands on remake mechanics, expansive world, high quality graphics, tons of mini games easy 80 to 90 hours of gameplay and no rut. Queens blood mini game is an amazing mini game

So I guess on launch day the supplier didn't order enough of the steelboks so my copy didn't come with one. I hear nothing about getting it fixed until last week when this portion of the pre-order was cancelled? Then I was told it was a glitch in the system and that I'm to wait for an email confirmation explaining why. No email yet, safe to say I'm never getting one. Which really is unfortunate because I prefer the design of this over the one that came packed in with the Deluxe Edition. Really bummed out

I preordered this game and was cancelled by Best Buy on Feb 5. Was able to re-order it and received the game but this was "cancelled" although my paid item was not and was delivered

Did not receive steelbook for my pre order bonus. Illegal fraudelent behaviour by promising an item at the time of sale and then not providing that item after the sale is finished and not disclosing any information about "while supplies last" until after the sale is finished. Reported to federal trade comission.

Recieved my game March 4... 5 days late. Still no steelbook either. Dont ever pre order a game from BestBuy, whats the point when you can buy it in the store the day of.
