I preoder the deluxe version of the game back December to make sure i got a copy of the game when it came out. Well i got the game the same day it came out but my steelcase bent so badly that it doesnt even close. I dont of was do to packaging or transport but this insane.

I wish i could give a good review but this preorder was a total failure. Ontrac claimed to deliver 3x and failed deliver b/ “no one home” yet inwas home the last two times. Talked to BB agent to refund after some back and forth. I lose out on a cool steelbook and nobody wants to take accountability for their fails…

Arrived totally broken. Terrible packing. Was a preorder bonus so no replacement.

In store Best Buy customer sevice is a dumpster fire. Embarrassing that they arent able to help with orders. Most stores will at least call customer service for you and try to get an answer but these people knew nothing and did nothing.

Unfortunately it did come pretty beat up and i did store pick up.....

Came damaged thanks to poor packaging. Customer Service refused to help me and wanted me to repurchase this again via a link. Then I got rudely hung up on. Do yourself a favor and preorder your games elsewhere. It is just not worth the hassle.

Not ordering anything from Best buy unless it's available for in store pick up. I'm tired of shippers damaging my products

I pre ordered final fantasy rebirth deluxe edition. I recieved the game however only a label was printed for this pre order bonus but it never shipped. Support would not help

Damaged on pickup (scratched/dented) tons of reviews on the main game saying they didn't even receive theirs. Will there be a restock to appease customers who were misled?

Mine came badly damaged. Went and talked to an associate who was helpful but said there was nothing he could do.

Bad awful bs shipping, whos the jackas that keeps shipping this. Is this how they wipe their own as??

Game expands on remake mechanics, expansive world, high quality graphics, tons of mini games easy 80 to 90 hours of gameplay and no rut. Queens blood mini game is an amazing mini game

The steelbook is super sleak and clean and very rare. The love and care put into the game as well is second to none. Thank you bestbuy for making this easy.

So I guess on launch day the supplier didn't order enough of the steelboks so my copy didn't come with one. I hear nothing about getting it fixed until last week when this portion of the pre-order was cancelled? Then I was told it was a glitch in the system and that I'm to wait for an email confirmation explaining why. No email yet, safe to say I'm never getting one. Which really is unfortunate because I prefer the design of this over the one that came packed in with the Deluxe Edition. Really bummed out
