Bought the game and its really good been playing it also the graphics are not bad.

The steelbook is amazing as usuap but what else is there to expect from Scanavo.

Wouldn’t recommend anybody to preorder games that Best Buy claims comes with exclusive product through them. i preordered my game expecting to get the exclusive product that comes with it due to the preorder only to find the exclusive product to be missing from my purchase i went back to the store to get this item & they told me it was a first come first serve item…but isn’t that what preordering is all about especially if preordering ensures that it comes with something additional to the game? Disappointing, waste of time, & waste of extra money spent for the preorder/edition could’ve just got it standard (from somewhere else might I add)

When i bought the deluxe version it already said it came w a free item. When i went to pick it up and mentioned wheres the extra steelbook i was told i needed to add it thru the checkout/cart but i it ddnt give that option, it only said it already comes w a free steelbook. And i was told to buy it instead. But i ddnt, so it be nice to get a message from best buy to offer me the steelbook for free since its kinda getting scammed.

Theyve done this to ke before and its complete BA… and its NOT forst come forst serve because they said they had plenty back there but none for me… I pre ordered as soon as it went live AND im one of theor specisll peolle that soends too much moneh lol. Anyway, they can order it for you for shipping AND zero it out. I have had this happen 3 times

When I preordered FFXVI this was in stock and was stated I would received this in the description. Today when i received my game I did not get this promo the store had no idea about it. This is the second steel book promo I was supposed to get and did not.

Pre ordered the deluxe to get this months in advance, gave me nothing but the basE game box, this was nowhere to be found, don't offer it in my order if you aren't giving it to me when I arrive DAY ONE AT 10Am opening time.

Why else would anyone preorder from BB? For the preorder bonus but BB doesn't understand gamers. Pre-ordered but I didnt get the steelbook and employees were no help. Never buying from BB again.

There was no preorder bonus case in the package, customer service is useless. Now I missed out on getting any kind of preorder bonus for the game at all.

Looks really cool but for some reason my steelbook did not come with my preorder. Store clerks seemed very confused.
