    No steelbook even though two reps told me I would receive it if I bought the game. False advertising. No help from anyone on chat except weak apologies. Very typical from BestBuy. What's the point of preordering a game. Not anymore.

    You need to preorder a preorder the whole system makes no sense. Never preordering through Bestbuy again. Plus there employees at least in my area are incompetent.
