One of Steven Spielgberg's best movies. It was a great deal for Black Friday!

Schindler's List is a stunning film. Spielberg and team demonstrate true artistry. The story is both horrific and poignant. The cinematography is breathtaking. The lighting is second to none (that's my favorite thing about this film). The 4K presentation amplifies all of the film's best qualities. The Steelbook packaging is simple and elegant. I'm a fan.

This movie is about as good as it gets. The sheer horror, depicted in this film, is almost overwhelming. The cast, especially Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes, is extraordinary. The story is compelling, the directing is top-notch, etc., etc.. I could go on and on and on but I think that you get the picture. If you have never seen Schindler's List, I think that it is definitely worth the watch, though it is not for the faint of heart.

I've watched this movie close to twenty times by now. Each time is still an emotional experience. The 20th Anniversary Edition is like watching an entire different movie, almost like a sequel. If you do not own any version of this movie yet, buy this 20 Anniversary Edition. Even better still do what I did, but the 'regular' version, watch that a few times. THEN watch this version for the complete experience.

I have problems with film like these that make them hard to watch at times. The story is well written, directed, and produced. Yet, it is a sad reminder of the depths of human depravity and heights of person integrity. I think this is a movie about the human experience that speaks to all regardless or ethnicity, religion, or background. This is how good we are and how bad we are.

I believe enough reviews have been discussed in regards to filmmaker Steven Spielberg's acclaimed film "Schindler's List" and I can say that 25 years later, it still has the same impact I had the first time I caught the film on being an unforgettable journey of emotions. The new restoration of this film has been done well enough for the upgrade and comes highly recommended.

Have been waiting for, Schindler’s List to get this upgrade to 4K and I’m not disappointed. Picture quality is perfect. The diversity of blacks, whites and grays gives a huge amount of picture depth. Sound is just as good as the picture quality. If you love this important film then this 4K is a must to purchase.

The movie is devastating in that the worst of humanity is on display. But, in Schindler, the best of humanity is also on display. This movie is necessary for everyone to watch if for nothing else, but to build an inner resolve to insure that the events of the Holocaust NEVER happen again. This 20th Anniversary edition gives proper treatment to this classic. Liam Neeson was masterful as Schindler.

It was an excellent story about helping people that were doomed.

If you have heard this film is good, there is a reason. The film earned Oscars for best picture and director (among others) and has also been recognized by the AFI as one of the 100 greatest films of all time. It was filmed in black and white and Spielberg had to fight the production company to achieve his vision. Great drama and some of the most chilling scenes drive the tension over the top. Spectacular.

Very good film, great movie to watch and a must have in your collection.

This story is a heart wrenching tale of the Jews during the world war based on facts. This film will draw emotions out of you unless your made of stone. Some of the symbolic things that Spielberg puts in the film are well placed and they impact the film and story greatly i.e the girl in the red coat. This is a must watch it isn't a fast pace film but most movies that tell a profound story aren't.

I saw this at the movies when it came out. What a powerful depiction evil. This is happens when one person becomes an all powerful dictator. Never forget we need to always stand for freedom and to defend the oppressed...even if we do not agree with their culture or opinions. If you scratch us, do we not all bleed?

This is a well made film that dwells more on Schindler's story than detailed Halocaust activities, and it is a fascinating and ultimately emotional experience. I played this bluray on an Appo disc player directly fed with a hi speed HDMI to the input of a Samsung UHD TV for a phenomenally crisp video quality. If you have similar video equipment this is a great disc to watch even though the film is mostly in b/w.

Definitely worth the upgrade to UHD if you don’t already have a copy

This movie celebrates the human spirit and how every day we can choose to do the right thing regardless of choices made in the past. Schindler started out caring about money and evolves into a person who understands that human life has much more value. Beautifully crafted and powerfully delivered, this movie is a triumph for Steven Spielberg. Should be required watching for all.

I had wanted to see this movie ever since returning from a trip to Germany a few years ago. Couldn't find a free version on any of my streaming services so bought this dvd. Great movie.

This is a very nice movie and it certainly was an electric moment to see the girl in the red dress, the only color in the film perhaps signifies Schindler’s awakening to the plight of his fellow human beings. 4K is nice but Blu Ray is the better bet as far as seeking a good high def picture.

It is indeed an awesome movie to have as it describes the true events of WWII, one of the darkest moments of mankind's history of Holocaust where millions of Jews were mascaraed because of their ethnicity, and one man's quest to save as many Jews as he can. This great movie truly restores your faith in humanity. As the saying "Where there is a will, there is a way". A collector's item indeed.

Timeless classic. The fact that I can watch this film on Blu-Ray with augmented visual clarity and better sound makes it a must purchase. It is not the sort of movie I see almost anyone watching too often. But if you have not see it then you must. And even if it too explicit to the viewers taste it still never-the-less deserves a spot in any movie collection.
