I took advantage of the buy two, get one free offer to get this movie and finally see it. It is a tough movie to watch but it is a beautifully directed film that shows the horrors of the Holocaust. Liam Neeson is a great actor in this role.

This is a powerful movie that has you on the edge of your seat if you've never heard of the story of Schindler or the people he saved. I like how it portrayed the horrific camps and the acts they committed without going over the top. Definitely a movie everyone should see at some point in their lives.

so hard to find this movie. i have been looking for it everywhere and purposely went to best buy on the off chance they would have it. they did! and it was only $13.00! their wide variety of hard to find movies have made me a loyal customer for life. i will always go to best buy for all my movie purchases.

Steven Spielberg's masterpiece about Oskar Schindler will take your breath away, no matter how many times you've seen it. Liam Neeson stars as the titular Schindler, who risks his own life and freedom to save the oppressed from a wicked regime. Everyone should see this movie.

this film needs to be seen by all to recall a pivotal moment in history and how life is not always fair and how human compassion can save a life in the face of evil even if you have to be brave and risk it all for someone else.

It's funny to think about it now, but I remember wondering when Schindler's List was announced just how Spielberg could handle a subject as weighty as the holocaust. Needless to say, he quashed any doubts I might have had and established himself as a capable director in any genre.

Schindler's List is one of Steven Spielberg's best movies. Definitely not for the faint at heart or easily offended though, as this one is an in your face telling of the treatment of human beings under Germany's rule during World War 2.

This is a very well made movie that shows the pain and suffering the Jewish people went through during WWII. It highlights a glimmer of hope in a person that is so desperately trying to help the Jewish people survive the Holocaust. Just an amazing story and I highly recommend it.

So sad that anyone would ever have to live thru this, even more sad that history would try to cover up or distort the truth about what really happened during this time period. But this film did a great job, according to my grandmother (who was a child in france at the time) of telling it like it was...

The movie is a disturbing look at the holocaust. The film is shot entirely in black and white (with one moving exception), which adds impact to the subject. This 20th anniversary collection has some very interesting extras as well as presenting in DVD, Blu-Ray and Digital formats.

It dominated the Oscars the year it came out and I think that says it all. A great story of human survival. Clearly, one of the best films about the horrors of the holocaust of all time. Obviously very heavy and sad subject matter but this is a story that needed to be told to a mass audience.

I originally watched this movie on my lap top while over in Poland visiting Auschwitz and several work and death camps so since this film is so realistic hitting home with what my family experienced and saw on our trip I certainly had to have the Blu Ray for my collection.

What can you say about one of the best movies ever made. It looks fantastic and it still leaves you with somber and sad. No matter how many times I see this movie I'm amazed at how fantastic the acting is the directing and the storyline wonderful wonderful wonderful movie

I would call this movie Oscar worthy! The writer's imagination really is amazing. It is an amazing piece of fictitious cinematography! Only complaint is that I could not get the color to work, so I watched it in black and white; time for a new TV! I cannot wait for the sequel to this one!!!

This is the best war film about the Holocaust I have ever seen. It depicts the horrors of the Holocaust and war, the tragedy of Jewish nation, and I know, this film could be directed by a Jew, who keeps these horrible times and crimes against humanity in his heart.

This movie is a must for all those that believe in the power of the human spirit! Spielberg is at his best telling the true story of Oskar Schindler and the Jews' he helped save from the German concentration camp at Auschwitz.. If you are a student of History this is a must see!

I had never seen this movie but had always heard wonderful things about it. Finally bought it in this Anniversary edition and I was not disappointed. It is a wonderful movie (heartwarming, historical, educational, & tear jerking) and it is beautifully displayed in Blu Ray quality.

This movie deserved all the recognition it received. The story is moving and historically significant. The cinematography is first rate. The video and audio HD remastering for Blu-ray is on a par with some of the better treatments I've seen. I can't find any fault with it. Highly recommended.

A tough, realistic movie about the Holocaust. Not for young children, but a story that absolutely needed to be told. The detail is amazing so if you're going to watch make a lot of popcorn.
