Such a hard hitting dose of reality. Great acting made this difficult movie because of historical relevance worth watching. Not one I "enjoyed" but important to see.

I had promised by daughter that we would watch it when she entered college so we sat down & watched it the other day. The little girl in red still evokes strong emotions.

My granddaughter had to watch this after having read the novel, Night, by Elie Weisel. Both were powerful; I think she understood the movie better after having read the book.

This was a dark time in the time of man and the portrait of the character and the attempt to save lives in an era of persecution is breath taking and brave.

I highly recommend this DVD which was produced by Steven Spielberg. An excellent movie based on historical events during World War II.

This movie will move you and is a movie that will make you stop think about it with your friends and family. Spielberg proves that he is the best director out there.
