Great movie... replacement for DVD version........

I wanted a cheap mivie because sick. Bought from discount bin and it wouldn't play. Best Buy is not great. Sales people don't offer to help unless you ask ans then act like your bothering them. I try not to shop here but only electronics store in area

Jack Black takes to the stage in one of his funniest films. Here he plays Dewey Finn, slacker and wannabe rock star who through a number of contrivances, ends up as a substitute teacher for a very posh school. He inspires the kids to rock and what you end up with is a legitimate good time. Recommended.

Funny funny funny, great acting from all cast members and it will definitely be considered a "classic". Ridiculous plot but believe it or not we know a school teacher just like Mr. Schneebly!

Had this on DVD, but when I saw the Bluray I knew it was time to upgrade.Pretty decent transfer, nice to say goodbye to another standard def movie

wow this was a great movie at this point i thought jack black was really going to be a huge comedy star. Sadly i am wrong i haven't enjoyed many movies with him in it after this ...but this movie turned out to be a great flick

best movie every besides simpsons just a great great buy not to much $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ i owned it but i broke it and this new wide screen is realy realy cool

Jack Black is perfectly cast. Even if you do not like rock n roll, this movie is a treat and loads of fun!! Happy with the pic & sound quality.

Rock On in HD! Colors Pop, Great Detail but what steals the show here is the soundtrack in HD! Fabulous Stuff! Turn It Upppp!

"School of Rock" was definitely a fun movie to watch and a funny movie to laugh at. As a substitute teacher, I have been told that I resemble Jack Black, but I fail to see the resemblance. Our senses of humor differ, but even more importantly, I could actually and have actually taught many of the subjects that his character Dewey could not address as a substitute. The movie is worth watching at some point.

Love this movie. Had to have it and was not disappointed. It's a nice upgrade over the DVD.

I'm not a huge Jack Black fan but I think he did really good in this movie. I really enjoyed it.
