You can really work up a sweat on some of the program modes. The different features on it are really cool, especially being able to select different programs that have varying intensity levels based on geographic locations, like different mountains or just fun, casual rides through a park. It’s almost like sitting in a regular chair, but having to pedal at the same time. This way you can comfortably read a book or watch something on your tablet or phone while exercising.

A good machine to maintain fitness during the cold

I saw this and thought it was a good deal. It wasn't too difficult to put together and I was up and pedalling in no time. The software is ok. I haven't tried connecting to my phone yet but it has plenty of options and the ability to make a custom workout is nice. Level 8 is about all I can handle without it seeming like a chore. I've never sweat this much in my life. The only con is the the built-in fan. It's a nice idea but unfortunately it blows off to the side instead of in my face.

It is also very comfortable. Im 6' 3" and still could extend the seat if needed. I actually bought it to help me with my Diabetes. If my glucose levels run high, i can get on it for about 10 minutes and my levels will go down to in range.
