Easy to assemble, easy to move, comfortable to operate. Happy customer.

The bike was easy to assemble. It took about an hour. It is a very sturdy machine and it has more features than I expected in a bike at this price range. My wife and I both like it a lot. Having separate workout information for each user is great. Plenty of different types of workout. The seat is very comfortable, so I can stay in it a lot longer than bikes with the "bicycle" seat.

I bought a Schwinn 270 on 12.4.2021. Its heart rate monitor is not working. I went thru the trouble shooting but it did not work so I called Schwinn?Nautilus for warranty service. I called many times at different times/days but every time I was placed on hold for up to 1 hour with no one answering the phone. There is no online chat available. I sent several emails , no answer . There is no customer service available . The labor warranty last only 6 week , I have already used 2 week of the warranty period trying to get in touch with Schwinn with no results soon warranty period will end with out me being able to contact them because they do not answer the phone or reply emails. This poor and missing customer service for a bike worth about $ 700.00 is totally unacceptable. Avoid buying Schwinn/Nautilus products as you will be on your own if some thing goes wrong, do not expect any after sales support.

Does what we wanted it for, at a low price. Also easy to assemble.

I bought this on cyber monday deal. We were not able to put the bike together until this week because of health issues. Of course returns ended last week. After we put the bike together the console did not work. Took it apart to check the wires. If you wiggle the wires the console word turn on for a second then off. Just as an FYI, the wires are very cheaply made so they will be easy to damage and have high failure rate. I did a voltage test and it seems the upper console wiring harness is the issue. No power get through other than a blib if moved just right and only for a second. Customer support for Nautilus.... its lacking. I hope you enjoy being on hold. I guess the big question is, do you feel lucky? There will be a lot of people dealing with wire issues and then made to feel like they screwed it up not that they made this as cheap as they could. Save that 15 cents on the wire hardness Nautilus, good job you lost a customer for parts what would be an easy upgrade.

Read a lot of reviews - on site and off - and totally satisfied with purchase, price, delivery. My son set it up, but if you're not 'handy' I'd suggest having it assembled. There's a lot to do once it's out of the box. Given Texas heat, it's wonderful to sit and peddle away in A/C comfort. There are apps you can add...

Excellent bike. I have arthritic knees and was told by my PT that biking on this type of bike is the best thing I can do to keep my legs strong. Delivery and installation crew were on time, arrived at door with masks on, kept their distance, while being very pleasant and informative. Very satisfied with Best Buy. Thank you.

Easy to assemble &gives a great workout. On board workouts are easy to get to & use.

Good size and a lot of options for beginners, intermediates, and accelerated riders.

After shopping around and comparing many models I decided on the Schwin. I'm glad i did. I find it helpful to have room fo 4 different profiles on the control panel as well. 25 settings and many different workout choices is also a plus.

Good piece of equipment. Has little fan and a great app.

The Schwinn 270 is essentially the same as a bike marketed as a Nautilus (co-owned). It's solid, stable, comfortable, and has several programs and resistance levels to keep the workout interesting. The app and website URL mentioned in the manual are no longer available, but the third-party app for adding virtual scenery to the biking session works and has a few free venues to provide some visuals to the bike ride.

Once we got it put together by Best Buy we are quite happy. It works well and has the features on it that we wish. The one issue has been getting it to connect to my iPhone, but that will just be a call to the company. This is compact enough and has the right level of features for us.

Light, easy to move. Comfortable seat and easy to use.

Fairly easy to assemble. I find the bike comfortable to ride and easy to program.
