This is a smooth and comfortable ride. The comfort lets me go farther. I am a middle aged woman and this makes workouts enjoyable. I can even do upper body work while cycling. Absolutely love this!!

My mom loves it, got it for Xmas. Had it assembled by total tech. They didn't show up the first time so had to re-schedule assembly. It is helping my mom keep her legs strong.

I purchased the exercise bike for my wife, who had foot surgery which made long exercise walks painful. She's very satisfied with the bike. We may both use it during the winter months.

It is a nice bike, but the resistance is off. I use level 1 and it jumps to higher level automatically. It is quiet, which I like. The back is not that comfortable!

Very pleased with the Schwinn 270 Recumbent Exercise Bike. Not too big, very comfortable, has wheels, has all the features I needed and more, at a competitive price. Being a Total Tech member meant that I didn't have to assemble it!

Very smooth bike, lots of different programs to choose from (rolling hills, peaks, mountains) and comfortable. I have been using it for a month, setting it up took about 2 hours. I would recommend this!

Good price for a middle of the road bike. Everything is just right so far. Smooth operation and easy to figure out. I am 57, and a bigger guy. This bike gives me a good workout.

Was very easy to assemble and very comfortable seat. Seat is easy to adjust for tall or short people. I am 5' and fits both me and my 6' husband fine. I have had no problems.

Bike is smooth and easy to sit on and work. The manual and mobile app are completely worthless. Can't get it to connect to polar heart rate sensor, or any of my phones.

Everything works very well as advertised, however the seat back is very uncomfortable and even slightly painful on the backbone requiring one to slide slightly forward on the seat.

The whole family has been using it daily and it's pretty nice, for a less expensive machine.

The Bluetooth option isn’t that useful only bc I already have an Apple Watch to track my exercise but the phone charger is nice to have on the bike. Easy to install

Got this for my mom so she can do some of her physiotherapy at home. Great for the knees and instructions are ok I’d recommend finding a YouTube video to assist with the install

I am not happy with this purchase. I bought is online and I wish I've tried it before I bought it. The whole seat is very uncomfortable, the seat is too low, the back of the seat is too hard and it hurt my back bone, so now I have a pillow in the back of the bike. Also there is no on/off button. I would not recommend this bike, I am a Best Buy customer and I think Best Buy should have their own people try the products and grade them before sell them to the public

The UI is decent but not the greatest. The app as described is not what is currently in use, that has changed. You are buying a recumbent, not a computer. Use your own fitness watch or other device to track your workouts.

Great bike. Used it at a gym and glad to have it at home now. A YouTube video helped with assembly. It’s a smooth ride. I’m still learning the programs

Thus far, it’s been great. No problems, a smooth ride, nice comfortable seat, couldn’t ask for more. Not sure how to operate all the features, but that’s okay, it will come. Nice product.

A great way to get a base level of aerobic exercise to maintain and improve your physical health. Downloaded a Schwinn app to my iPhone to track my performance over time and help establish and maintain an exercise discipline.

Bought this as a gift for FATHER'S DAY. My Dad loves it. Keeping him active during the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020. Well worth the wait. Product is solid and excellent for home use. Highly recommend this product to everyone.
