Thanks to best buy for delivering it right to my living room. The cycle came in a single box. Two of us were able to put together the cycle with the provided instruction manual in about an hour or so.

The seat broke off within a month, I need to see if I can have it serviced.

Love this, I previously only had a regular exercise bike, but it was so uncomfortable, this recumbent bike is must easier on the seat, your back, knees, everything. I highly recommend it.

Easy to put together. Rides great!! The Bluetooth feature, so I can connect to riding routes, is great. Makes the exercising seem effortless when you can imagine riding on a path!

We love this bike. Having the "Geek Squad" assemble it was a huge relief once we saw all of the parts in the manual. Also the two men who assembled it were very careful to wear masks and keep their distance.

I am pleased with the bike but feel the instruction guide is a bit vague.It could be a little more detailed and should have a visual guide to go along with the brief written instructions.

I love my exercise bike it really helps me in part of my workout an setup was easy i love the computer program it's very helpful and safe for cardiac workout.

I bought this bike due to.a knee injury and it has resulted in a very good buy. It has low impact on my knee and I can move it outdoors if I need since it has wheels.

Nice bike. Excellent for short legs. Wish had some back adjustments. The app mentioned in the user's manual is no longer available. So far have just use the Quick Start and have manually controlled workout

This exercise bike is absolutely perfect. It was a surprise for my wife and she loves it especially the seat that comes with the bike.

Heart rate monitor does not work. I have double checked the wiring/connectivity --no breakage at all.

Seems to be a really high quality machine given the pricing. Has a nice selection of different programs and the fan facing you as you ride is a nice touch.
