Peddling is smooth so far (we've only had it for a month). The seat started squeaking after a couple weeks, not a big deal. The seat is easily adjustable for different family members to use it. As noted in some other reviews I read after purchasing it, the app that should work with it does not work, looks like the company and/or developers gave up on it. An app to use with it would have been nice to have.

Heart rate is garbage

Hold on to the handles, nothing and then it bounces to 150 then nothing. If you don’t hold onto the handles it does the same thing. Call the company and after 30 minutes on hold and 15 minutes repeating the same thing they want you to start taking things apart that don’t make sense. I’ll keep trying to get satisfaction, but right now, pretty disgusted.
