I was lucky to find one during the pandemic. Price was very good compared to other retailers. I highly recommend having this bike delivered unless you own a flatbed truck. It is quite heavy, so better to have delivery carry it up a flight (or 2) of stairs. I didn't want to pay $200. to have it assembled. The instructions were quite confusing, but there's a Youtube video that helped immensely. Assembled it in less than 2 hours. The bike is very smooth and easy to operate. Comfortable seat. Easy to adjust. I'm having difficult with the electronic programming so I need to look that up on Youtube also as there really aren't clear instructions how everything works. All in all, seems very well made, comfortable, and doesn't take up too much space. Hopefully, I'll be in better shape by the time the pandemic ends!

Easy to use Can personalize seat position and routine.

The bike is great. I use it at least four times per week. The only thing I would change is the the seat back naturally tilts back rather than sits upright, so I had to improvise with a folded up beach towel over the back of the seat to prop me up. For the price, I would buy again!

Excelente bike, easy to assemble. Good for some one bigger than 5’2”. I fit perfectly I’m 5’11” but not good for my wife who is 5’. Well built and feel’s stung. Recommend. Negative from my side. In PR they obligated me to pay $99 for shipping. Did not like this. They did not give me choices

This bike was packed well, and the delivery guys had to problem carrying it into the house. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to put together, taking my time and using my own tools (all needed tools are included, I just prefer my own tools). Instructions were easy to follow, a couple parts are definitely easier with a helper to hold things while plugging in electrical connectors. The bike fired right up when plugged in and works quietly and smoothly. Setup from the manual downloaded from the Schwinn site stepped me through setting up a user profile. Downloaded the "Explore the world" app on an Android tablet, opened the app and the Bluetooth found and connected immediately with no effort on my part. So far, very happy with this purchase!

I really like the bike. It was easy to put together and I only needed help putting the handle bar section on the bike. The only thing I didn’t like is that you need to go online to see how to work the screen settings.

Schwinn has pulled a complete bait and switch on these units that to me borders on criminal. There USED to be (and is advertised) a free app that you could download to interact with these units as well as keep track of your workouts. However, that has gone the way of the dodo bird - extinct! The old app is still referenced in the owners/installation menu. The app has been removed from all app stores - no matter the device. What Schwinn has done is convert to a Peleton type structure where the app is now a subscription based service. Total money grab. If the app worked like Peleton, I could almost get behind it - not even close. There are only 3 or 4 free "rides" you can do with the new app but none are interactive to where the resistance varies based on the terrain. The app does make the video come to a halt if you stop pedaling - that's it. No matter what speed you pedal, the video just trundles along at the same speed. I did a quick review of the paid "rides" and they all said "video only" so even the paid app does NOT provide any interactive workout other than the view going by at a constant speed - unless you stop. No resistance changes, no speed changes, just a slow ride through the scenery. Also, the Bluetooth....would you expect that to link to your device and let you play music? NOPE!!! The only thing the Bluetooth will link to is the new app. I was told by Schwinn support that it would link to other apps but I tried 3 of what they recommended and no Bluetooth link unless on their app. Worthless. So, there is also a little fan on the console that has a vent similar to an A/C vent in a car. Great idea.....poor execution. The fan is mounted inside the plastic enclosure in such a way that when the air exits the front of the vent, it's blowing at a 45 degree angle and it shoots off to the left, doing a nice job of cooling your left forearm but not a whisp of air on your face. The seating position on this is also uncomfortable. The seat moves up and down at a steep angle - so much so that the instructions say to get out of the seat before adjusting. That is ridiculous. If they were being honest, they would say, "Our design is poor and you can't actually adjust the seat while seated". If you do decide to adjust the seat while actually seated (so you can tell where you need to set it - duh), you better have at least one foot FIRMLY on the pedal, ready to support most of your body weight. Otherwise, the seat will SLAM to the bottom and jam your back - yes, I did it! This is not like any recumbent bike Ive ever been on - the ergonomics just are NOT good. The angle is just not right. Other than that, It's a great machine!

Best Buy !! I shopped around and this was the best for the price! Easy to put together. Has a USB port for your phone. Chair is not the most comfortable. Great product for the price.

Good for the price (got on sale) - easy to use and set up, although we do need the Geek Squad to come back and check connection of the heart rate monitor. Very quiet, and fits perfectly in a pretty small space.

Pros - This was easy to set up - took about 1 hour. The pedaling is smooth and quiet. The seat is comfortable and much gentler on my back than upright exercise bikes. It has a fan to give a bit of cooling though not very powerful. Con - includes only a quick start manual. I have to go online to get the complete user manual to learn how to set up and get the most out of the computer functions. How hard would it have been to include that with this exercise bike?! I won't rate quality and value since I haven't had this long enough to do that. If it's still working great in a few years, I can add that to a review if BestBuy allows it

Bought it to help my wife recover from her knee operation. Our previous training bike had a low display, while this one has a higher one and expects the rider to use a phone or tablet while riding rather than watching a TV, which some may prefer to do.

I really like the schwinn-270 recumbent exercise bike. Wasn't too hard to put together. I am 76 and get a good workout with it. It has a wide range of levels and so far works great. I highly recommend it.

Great quality machine. We use this everyday. My wife broke her ankle and she is using this recumbent to regain strength. Very low impact excercise.

This is a very easy bike to put together and it is a joy to ride. It is my favorite form of exercise. It is very smooth when riding and has a nice computer module. I would definetly buy again.

One thing I've found is that most fitness equipment sellers are increasing their prices by 25 percent and more because so many people are setting up home gyms. That's disgusting. So I was happy to find this Schwinn recumbent at it's pre-coronavirus price. I read a bunch of reviews, many of which gave glowing reviews of the Schwinn, even among the bikes costing twice as much. I've now had the bike for 4 weeks and I'm impressed with its smoothness and it quality. It's feels like the bike I used at my gym.

Quiet. Good workout. Seat back is so-so, not as comfortable as I had hoped. Programs are good. Can only used Explore the World app, since Bluetooth interface is proprietary, so other cycling apps won’t work. Still a nice bike.

I always wait a while to post a review. We have had this exercise bike for about a month now. This is a quality exercise bike, very well made with a lot of features. Instructions were clear and assembly took about an hour. Unless you want one of the expensive exercise machines advertised on TV with all the bells and whistles, this is an excellent bike for the price with plenty of features. I would recommend it.

Best bike ever! sit and ride! got my ipad set to different courses and love it!

I wanted something with consistent resistance similar to riding a bicycle at a slight upward grade. I was reluctant because of the price because I’ve had much more expensive exercise bikes in the past, but I read the reviews and took a chance. The way the resistance works is ideal. I love this bike! If you’re debating I strongly suggest you take the plunge. You won’t regret it. There is no better bike for the price. I don’t think there’s a better bike for twice the price.
