    Delivery and install began at 745 pm. Didn't end until 10 pm. Thats in the middle of the night. After assembly driver plugged item in and it did not work. So what now

    Nice bike, smooth. CADIO FEATURE DOES NOT WORK! False reading or no readings! Works w company, returned after 3 parts to fix did not work! Buyer beware of short return timeframe and 800# buy best customer Service!!!!

    Wasn’t built for someone over 6 ft tall with long legs. The reviews & product info stated otherwise. I wasted time ordering the product, putting it together & returning product. In our new world, the specifications, reviews & product information must be more detailed, concise & trustworthy. We can’t demo any products, see the product or even find on the internet honest technical analysis. Online ordering is suspect at best with dishonest & weak reviews especially for expensive products. I’m a SW engineer so I executed exhaustive research and still found the product built for smaller adults & kids. Very cheaply made & not worth the investment especially for the long-term usage.

    Bike has not worked since day 1 after assembly. Schwinn has tried to troubleshoot the issues with phone reps and field service techs that seem to have no idea what they are doing. Over 40 days with non-working unit in my home and roughly 20 hours spent on phone calls, service calls, pick up of the unit & assembly. Beyond frustrating.

      Explore the World Connect
      1. Install the app Explore the World and approve all permissions requests
      2. (If you have an apple product, open the settings app and scroll down to ETW and enable bluetooth)
      3.Turn on machine and leave at the "Welcome" screen
      4. Create a profile in ETW and sign in
      5. If you have an elliptical or treadmill select "Run" and if you have a bike select "Ride"
      6. Select one of the tracks available to you
      7. Tap on "Start Ride"
      8. Tap on "Connect Now"
      9. If your machine has a bluetooth button, press it now. If it does not the blue tooth signal is being broadcast automatically
      10. Your machine will appear in the list as connected and the blue tooth light should appear on the console
      11. The app should now display the track that you had selected
      12. Start a workout on the machine schwinn-fitness

    I ordered something else but they sold my unit to someone else, so desperate for a bike I got this. It is so tall I can't see the tv. The back hurts, the seat hurts, the buttons are cheap plastic. The only positive is that the men who set it up were a class act. Everything on this is not meant for a woman and since it is a woman using this I feel cheated.

    Product good, Assembly good. Delivery that schedule BAD, late, two weeks after the promised delivery when I purchased it, This is the second purchase I 've made that was delivered two weeks late. This will be my final purchase from Best Buy.

    TWICE our delivery & installation was scheduled and TWICE it was NOT done. Your delivery & installation is TERRIBLE!! We had EXCELLENT experience with BEST BUY installation & delivery in Woodbridge, NJ. That in South Jersey is TERRIBLE!!
