It was easy to assemble and all of the tools and screws were included. The bike is very comfortable and user friendly.

After my injury this bike made it so much easier to get my hips in place and get mobile. It was sold for a great price as well

Very happy with this equipment. The assembly was not difficult, and the parts fit together well with clear directions. The Schwinn-270 is comfortable to ride, smooth to pedal, and very quiet to operate. I researched many bikes from many manufacturers before selecting this one at BestBuy, and I am very happy with this purchase.

I love this exercise bike. The design is very sturdy and provides excellent adjustments to make workouts comfortable (I'm 6'1" and 225lb and seem to fit in the middle range of the seat adjustments. I really enjoy the bluetooth connection that allows me to use 3rd party apps through my phone or tablet to simulate riding through amazing popular locations around the world!

I was an avid cyclist from age 25-45 until I had an accident. I rode 55-75 miles a day (commuting). This bike has the realistic feel of pedaling on the road. I'm 6'2", 65yrs and 295lbs. I have the seat set at the second to last notch and it is perfect with my knee at just a slight bend at the furthest reach. So, it will accommodate someone that is a few inches taller. Very sturdy and has no problem with my mass. It has a data rich and customizable console. I highly advise using a chest heart rate sensor ( I use a Polar T-34 un-coded- Ebay $25) which works flawlessly with the console. The hand grip sensors are all but useless and I covered mine with soft grip foam in order to avoid gripping them and interfering with my HR reading. It is a little odd getting used to leaning back into the seat. But, that is the best posture and I got used to it pretty fast. Watch a YouTube video on assembling this before starting. It is a fairly easy one person job. However, it saved tons of frustration having my wife hold the flywheel cover and the computer console up and out of the way as I connected the wiring. It feels well built and sturdy parts. I usually avoid add on warranties as a plague. But, who knows with all the electronics? I need this for therapy and can't afford down time if it fails. So, I did cough up the dough for the 5yr. Geek Squad. Hopefully, I wasted my money. I feel the Schwinn 270 Recumbent was money well spent. If you are on the fence...no fears...it's a great recumbent. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

This is our 2nd exercise bike and based on 3 months experience using it, we find it to be an excellent machine. My reason for 4 stars, not 5? The Heart Rate Monitoring - Pulse grip stopped working within two weeks. If that feature were not included I'd still rate it a good buy. It has several positive features including quiet operation, easy setting of programs, easy adjustment of features for our specific needs, simple tension control, comfortable, and durable. Would I buy this again? Yes!

It is quiet, takes up very little space and is comfortable. The only thing I have trouble with is figuring out how to set my program. The instructions don't make sense to me.

Good value, basic, recumbent bike. Comfortable seat, easy to set up and use. Not many extra bell whistles. Just gets it done.

Bought this bike after having knee replacement surgery. Easy assembly and easy to use. Only complaint is that I haven’t figured out how to store user settings.

I love my recumbent bike and use it almost daily to increase my activity. It has multiple programs to keep training interesting, the seat is comfortable for longer sessions, and the resistance is plentiful. Shipping and delivery was a breeze w Best Buy. I had a broken piece that was swiftly replaced by Schwin customer service. Great bike!

We purchased this bike sight unseen. WOW......Great bike and very pleased. Sturdy and well built. Comfortable seat and smooth pedaling. The control console is easy to navigate. There are programs but I just like to use the manual mode. Directions are pictures in the manual, but it was easy enough to assemble in an hour. I recommend 2 people. The boxed unit is 100 lbs. Highly recommend and a great priced unit. Thanks to to Best Buy as I live in WA and drove to the Spanaway warehouse to pick up. Great customer service. Last, I purchased this unit along with a ProForm Carbon T10 treadmill. I got both boxed units into my Subaru Forester SUV. I had to bungee the back lift door, but I got them home no problem. Thank you Best Buy!

I bought this bike about a month back due to a bad knee which prevented me from walking excercises. After extensive search I found this bike had all the features I needed at a reasonable price. Assembly was made easy by their step-by-step illustrations and took me about an hour to assemble and start using. It is very quiet and stable. I would liked a more comfortable seat and the manual instructions on connecting the iPhone via Bluetooth to the bike was wrong. It took 2 hours of hold time before customer service could help me correct the instructions. They admit that the heart rate monitor on the bike was unreliable and to get a Polar uncoded HRM. They should offer a bike with a reliable HRM for a little extra price. But overall, I am happy with the bike for its intended purpose and at the price point compared to other bikes on the market.

Not very intuitive to set so you can't just hop on and start exercising easily. Heart rate monitor very inconsistent to get a reading.

Excellent Product. Easy to Assemble from instructions provided and online videos. The user/assembly guide provided does not explain the display features however. Need to access complete manual available online from Schwinn or search for videos on line. Very Quiet operation, Like all the preset features, built in fan, tracking and able to connect to apps via bluetooth.

So far so good. Works as advertised and then some. Look your not getting a Peloton here it’s a great sit-down exercise bike for the money. If I had one complaint it would be that the back seat is a little stiff, we use a pillow and it’s fine. Other than that it’s great! PS - it was super easy to put together!

Well built piece of equipment. Used video to put together which assisted a great deal. One of the pedals was defective as the bolt to tighten was rounded. Called and sent a new pedal within a week by Federal express. Expect to get a great deal of use from it. Had to watch a video on how to use the Electronic panel as the instructions were weak on that.
