I did a lot of research on all the bikes out there from inexpensive to expensive. This one falls in in the middle of those. I can't be happier with my choice. Been riding for the last 3 weeks with no complaints, Whisper quiet, smooth operation and the electronics are good. I know my time on the bike hasn't been very long, but I would recommend it.

The bike is excellent, except for the small hard seat. I got a larger softer seat on line. Now my wife can’t get enough of it.

I had purchased another brand and after the third problem with my second bike, I returned it. I ended up buying the Schwinn IC4 which cost $500 less and I couldn’t be happier. I really like that it doesn’t have a tablet because that’s one less thing to worry about breaking down. And a free year of the JRNY app it’s such a nice bonus.
