This is my first one after all the research to find the best one for us with good options without paying a fortune.

The initial quality of this bike seemed great. It worked well for about 6 or 7 months until the central bearing on the pedals went bad. We called a local equipment repair place who sent someone out and figured out what was wrong, but after a few weeks and having them get in touch with Schwin, the manufacturer wouldn't work with our repair person. So then Schwin wanted to send their own person which took another couple of weeks and when they arrived the repair tech spoke with Schwin and told them what was wrong and the person on the phone disagreed and said they were going to send a different part. Noise was coming from the pedals, but they sent a new fly wheel. SURPRISE the fly wheel wasn't the problem so after waiting 3 more weeks for the flywheel and then quite a while for the tech to be available to come back out they had to again call Schwin and tell them what parts are needed. We now come to find out that the pedal bearing isn't sold separately, so they now have to send us a WHOLE new frame. This repair process has taken approximately 4+ months now. It's taken so long we bought a cheap bike off amazon so we could continue using it. Extremely disappointed in Schwin, ultimately service seems to be their major downfal.

I bought this bike for my wife and she absolutely loves it. I love it because it’s half the price of a peloton. Lol. She loves the peloton classes and she can use this bike as she does those classes. Happy wife and happy husband.

Great bike! Very easy to assemble and use. We are happy with this product.

Just started riding the bike last week. If ising the peloton app you should look up the resistance conversion charts, as the bikes have very different resistances.

I didn't realize you only get 15 days to return in the event it is not what you wanted, so set up ASAP and try it out. Nothing wrong with the bike, but we purchased this one because peloton shipping was 2 months. I recently checked and peloton is now only 1-3 weeks for delivery, but we cannot return this one since we are out of the 15 day return policy.

Less than half the price of a Peloton and the free subscription to the JRNY app for one year makes this a great value. Very compact design and can give a rigorous or easygoing workout

Great Bike, Great Quality and easy set up. I like how it had Bluetooth and magnetic tension for the wheel. The seat is comfortable, and I don't need to replace it. Very happy with my purchase.

Great bike, smooth and quiet and less than the Peloton. Many adjustments for perfect fit.

I love my Schwinn IC4. I use it with an IPAD and use a Peloton App and Mpacline and sync to Strava and Fitbit and MyFitness Pal. I love it!

Great cheaper alternative to Peleton. Also allows you to experiment and try out other fitness programs (e.g., apple fitness, ifit, jrny, etc).

This is a great indoor bike - no regrets from this purchase. If I had to find something I didn’t like about it, I would just wish the powerd cord was longer.

Much better than expected. However if you order it take delivery quickly as Best Buy will sell it out from under you and you will have to keep waiting for it to be back in stock.

I love it. I was out of town and I came home and it was all set up and ready to go for me. I have no problems with it. It was a goodbye.

This bike is a wonderful alternative to the peloton bike. So far, I've enjoyed it. It's solid and works as it should. Very quiet too. Shipping and delivery were done right. Couldn't have had it go much smoother.

As someone looking to lose weight with a small footprint in my apartment, this has been a fantastic investment in my health and my long-term goal!
