Know Issues...great bike aside from that

Called the manufacturer and the shaft and puller to fixit were on back order for months. Sadly I had Best Buy come pick it back up and got the bike elsewhere due to a replacement bike not being available. This is a known issue with the bike. My new bike from the other manufacturer is now clunking in the shaft. Very frustrating
