not a good indoor bike

It looks cheap and even though it s quiet to operate.. it was not fun to ride it. Not recommending for tall people because the seat will wobble and its again cheap. also the resistance is all over the place. my bike was already broken the first place and i got ECHELON EX5 instead that is amazing... Customer service however was great for SCHWINN.

This is a great bike. Stable, high quality. I wouldn’t try and self assemble. The people that put it together had a big job in front of them.

Good but no customer support

The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is the the pedals occasionally click and squeak. I called Schwinn help desk waited over an hour to speak to a human who said she cannot help and someone would call me back. That was 14 days ago. Disappointed!
