Great exercise bike... for 8 months

And it operated perfectly until last week when it first made a rhythmic clicking noise which progressed to a loud clanking noise. A web search shows that many purchasers experience the same issue - some are resolved with just a pedal change, others end up changing the full drivetrain just to have the same issue recur. Now I have to put my cardio on hold until this issue gets fixed or I purchase another cardio machine...

Pedal broken after 3 months!

Thankfully it’s still under warranty. However, Schwinn (aka Bowflex) says replacement part will take 8 weeks to arrive! (First they said 6 weeks, but sent me an email after a month of waiting to say it will be 8 weeks now. You might want to consider purchasing a different exercise bike.

Very nice exercise bike

The tablet mounting holds an ipad with no concerns. The opening is too wide for a regular sized phone. A piece of cardboard placed behind the phone solves the problem.

Stopped working after a year

Very disappointed with this purchase and I do not recommend it.

Dangerous and unable to use - 3 repairs later

Waited weeks to get it repaired because it was still under warranty. The first repair didn't fix it so had to wait two more weeks for more parts and technicians to come out. The first time riding after second repair the pedal flew off. Currently waiting on another repair.

I just have it for two days and used it for 20 minutes total so far, something will be broken very soon. I Hope BestBuy helps me to fix it or return it.

Unusable bike and no app code supplied

We weren’t able to assemble until we arrived 1/18/23 and when we did we realized the handle bar post lever is defective. We can’t get Best Buy or Schwinn to respond to trouble shoot the defective part. Also the bike was supposed to come with a 1 year subscription to JRY app and no information on that. Someone help please.
