Bike doesnt stop swueaking they said to contact Schwinn but they haven’t responded in a week worth of inquiries. Will be returning

I haven’t been satisfied with the Schwinn IC4 I purchased. I’ve had trouble with the pedal alignment and sound coming from the fly wheel.

The services cancelled and rescheduled the delivery, and the installation/assembly rescheduled multiple times since last couple of weeks. I am a Totaltech member but not getting any help.

Had to return. I got a defective bike with too many problems.

Waste of the purchase , nothing great about it other than just a workout bike. Costco has better options.

Buy this and skip Peloton and Echelon! This bike connects to the Peloton app and has an lcd display for calories, speed, resistance, heart rate, etc. I’m so glad I found this bike. I did change out the seat for a wider comfy seat but other than that, this bike is sturdy and well made and silent. The versatile pedals allow for clip in or cage use. One of the few bikes that has an adjustable seat, and handle bars that both go up and down and forward and back. The seat can also be tilted. Comes with holders and 3 lb. hand weights and two water bottle holders. I am extremely pleased with this bike!

This is an excellent exercise bike! Has every feature I was looking for. Rated as a top pick for bikes under $1,000. I got it on sale for $699.99! Saved several hundred dollars compared to other retailers. Easy to assemble. Very heavy duty and stable. Rated for a big guy like me. Quiet. I did purchase a larger seat for comfort.

This is a solid bike, it looks great and more importantly it rides great. It’s a well built piece of equipment, the LCD panel is easy to read and the Bluetooth connectivity is a must have. The handlebar and seat adjustments are easy to use making it suitable for the whole family. My only complaint, is that the seat post rubs the inside of my leg while pedaling. For some reason, my wife and I feel it but our daughter does not…definitely not a deal breaker.

Good price, efficient delivery. Took about an hour to assemble, instructions easy. Overall good quality product and looks nice.

Great bike and technology that comes setup with the bike. The seat that comes with it is absolutely terrible which is why it earned four stars. Go to the schwinn site to get the comfy version.

I have the IC3 and paid 50% less. I'm sure the IC4 is a great bike but I don't need 2 water bottle holders and hand weights. My IC3 has 1 bottle holder and a tablet holder. Everything else is identical to the IC4.

Great bike, tough to beat at the sale price. Even loaded it for me.

We are addicted to our bike. I love using it with the Peloton app. It syncs just as promised and I use this thing every day. The size is great too. Fits in our bedroom.

I put the bike together as nd when riding I try it makes a squeaking noise. I called and they need to send a repair man out is no to even a week old. Other than that it is very smooth and fun to ride
