It’s too big and has to be plugged in to auxiliary AND car lighter plug for best possible sound. It still sounds really fuzzy and can hear the high pitch buzzing sound every time I hit the gas. It also has only one usb slot for charging stuff.

Find a station that does not have an active broadcast and is preferably static covered, and match the frequency on the transmitter to this radio station. The BTFMSR-SP1 has a volume adjustment. Once you've paired and connected your phone to the Bluetooth FM transmitter and are playing music you can press and hold the track forward button on the face of the transmitter or press and hold the volume + button on the remote to ensure the transmitter's volume is turned up all the way.
