Posted .We are sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you had with your Scosche Bluetooth FM transmitter. First you'll want to ensure that you're tuning your car radio to a "dead", unused frequency. Find a station that does not have an active broadcast and is preferably static covered, and match the frequency on the transmitter to this radio station. Your transmitter has a volume adjustment. Once you've paired and connected your phone to the Bluetooth FM transmitter you can turn and hold the Multifunction knob/dial on the face of the transmitter to the right (clockwise). This will ensure the transmitter's volume is turned up all the way. The loudest volume setting on the transmitter is 30 and you should see "V30" on the display of the transmitter. Connection quality here and there spikes in static, and sometimes pressing on the gas pedal creates some kind of frequency in the back ground, but overall worth the price for what it does. Also, BT calls via device sound good. I will say that where the device plugs in on my vehicle is perfect. Maybe if it was farther way I wouldn’t have such a good review.
