I have it plugged into the cigarette lighter in my jeep liberty. It connects so easy to my phone. I feel like i have a newer car with how easy my phone connects to it.

Posted .We are sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you had with your Scosche Bluetooth FM transmitter. First you'll want to ensure that you're tuning your car radio to a "dead", unused frequency. Find a station that does not have an active broadcast and is preferably static covered, and match the frequency on the transmitter to this radio station. Your transmitter has a volume adjustment. Once you've paired and connected your phone to the Bluetooth FM transmitter you can turn and hold the Multifunction knob/dial on the face of the transmitter to the right (clockwise). This will ensure the transmitter's volume is turned up all the way. The loudest volume setting on the transmitter is 30 and you should see "V30" on the display of the transmitter. After a few tries, I got this to work and now can again enjoy hands free cell phone use while driving.

It works beautifully hooks up to my phone effortlessly I have thoroughly enjoyed this. And I normally don't do reviews!

I’d give it a higher rating but the static when it is connected to the aux cable is way too noticeable. And the higher you turn up the volume, the higher the static noise. If this were a higher priced item it would get a lower score.

Good for what it does

It uses radio frequency to bean music to your car. As such some times there is static or interference when driving in areas where stations change by themselves. That is the only downside.
