I got one like this previously, on a discounting website and had it for a week when it snapped in half. I was a little wary of this one, but it’s really the only car phone holder I’ve found that can be adjusted in my car to avoid glare. Fortunately, this one is still working. So I’m happy!

I was excited to find this product with a magnet since my old one with clip is starting to fall apart. The mechanical part works fine but the magnet is just not very strong. MY Samsung S7 without a case is very light and holds okay until I hit a pothole or bump, which the DFW area has plenty of. When I put my iPhone with metal case on it, it barely holds even on smooth roads and starts sliding down on the slightest bump then falls off. I had such high hopes but the magnet is not strong enough.

Worked decent but blocked my display screen & back up camera. Had to switch. And phone would fall off if I hit a big bump. Magnets aren’t near strong enough.

One of the better solutions depending on where your CD player is. I bought this for temporary use till I put together a custom mount from panavise. I gave this one to a friend and he likes it.

This is a good phone holder, depending on where your CD player is located. It’s a good product thus far, but make sure you take your cd location into account when choosing this mount.

This phone holder and hold small and lighter phones but when it comes to stuff like the iPhone 11 not the best

This mount holds both my phone (an iPhone xs with a leather nomad case) and my wife’s phone (an iPhone 8 with a HEAVY case and a pop) without a problem, even with my taking fast turns, it doesn’t allow the phone to budge.

Mount works fairly well, sometimes it is in the way to access other dash controls, not to annoying, magnet could be a little stronger, phone will slip on a rough road

This is a genius product very sturdy, initially i did not think the magnet would be a very good idea but it does not interfere with my device at all. having two plates makes it useful for both devices in the house hold.

I am glad I got this as a replacement for the old "holders". This magnetic holder works great, holds my phone well and I never have to fumble with a holder that I have to "release" to get my phone out.

Im been messing with different kinds of mount and holder but this one is the best option available by far, the suction ones suck and im not willing to glue something to my dashboard. Don't think it twice.

this is great but not as much for bigger phones. i have a iphone xr and it will stay up if i am not using a case but with a case get the XL one.

Does what it’s advertised to do. Fit securely into the cd slot on my head unit and doesn’t move around.

give your CD player something to do. This, more than any other mount, puts your phone front and center. Smart phone mounted off to the side? no thanks, this is where it's at.

This is a great mount for your car. It prevents phone from getting cooked on the vent and also saves space on your dash and windshield. Great item.

This product works better than the vent cellphone holders hat I had. It slips sometimes when the road is bumpy. But it works well overall.

Ok cell phone holder for the price small and sleek. Not crazy about the magnet having to be kept on the phone or case all the time. But I would recommend this item to family and friends.

I read some reviews about people saying they didn’t like it and I was skeptical. I feel if it is in an ideal area and not covering anything important than you will love it

Love the location in the car. Never use the CD Player anymore.

Great mount. It's not for everyone because everyone's CD player is in a different spot. Do think about that before you buy it.
