Connects to windshield very well and holds phone great. My phone is a Note 9 and has not fell once. Charges through my case just fine too.

I bought two of these mounts for each of our vehicles. First mount I installed in my vehicle and worked great with no issues. I then moved it to my wife’s vehicle and worked great. I then installed the second mount and had issues with it not staying put. Tried multiple times and cleaned and re-cleaned the mounting surface and would not stay put. I then had to return it and had to wait a few days until BB received my order because, for some reason BB does not stock enough of or a verity of quality phone mounts.

The magnets are strong if placed correctly. Fast charging is nice however after a few days it stopped working for my cellphone (still searching for info on this). It does a normal charge though. The sticky base was nice so if you leave it on and don't take it off it should stay. However, I had to take it off once and it stuck again just fine. After a few weeks, maybe because of the heat, it just fell off one day and I wasn't able to stick it back on. I bought some gorilla tape and it seems to be fine.

The sticky patch that goes behind the phone cracked the glass on the back of the phone. When you attached your phone to the magnet holder, it doesn't start charging. I have to keep angling different ways in order for it to start charging. Sometimes the phone falls while driving.

Bought this so that I could charge and listen to music/use my iPhone through my radio since I don’t have Bluetooth or a USB connection in my 2004 truck. Also didn’t feel like spending over $100 to purchase and install a new radio...it does it’s job with holding the phone, but sometimes it feels like it’s not charging fast enough or at all. I live in AZ and summers are brutal so hoping to see how it holds up in the heat.

This product is okay wish it hold the phone better. I’m always afraid the phone will fall out or the base will move off dashboard.

So at first I was totally put off on this product. First it was suction cup and its said the suction cup phone holders tend to lost suction and fall all over your car. Than if was expensive. But I splurged n hoped for the best. It has fallen off once while I was driving. But hasnt ever done it again. The cordless charging is great and magnets are strong and holds my phone steady. Great product and I do recommend.

After owning this for a couple of months I can say that it comes pretty close to being a great solution. My biggest complaint is that over time the neck has weakened and sometimes the magnets don't line up to catch the phone and ensure proper charge. Would I buy it again?... probably not especially at the price I paid.

The reason I say ok is because they give you different pieces for either the phone directly or mounting into a case the ones that mount on a case of your case has any raised parts it makes it hard to install with the included sticky back...but extra super gold glue trust me

After buying this for my Galaxy S9 plus I was excited to use it. After finding out that it would not charge with my otterbox on I returned it. I don't know about anyone else but I didn't want to have to remove my case to use it.

I have a 2010 civic I mounted this wireless charger in. Was easy to mount. Comes with some basic cable management pieces. Charges well and pretty fast, the only real problem I have run into is if it's really hot out and is being hit by direct sunlight the suction cup/ sticky piece looses its adhesiveness and needs to be re-mounted.

Purchased another unit (from the same manufacturer) that doesn't require a metal plate or special attachments to the phone.
I found that I had to precisely place the phone and the movement of the phone due to normal driving could cause charging issues.
The phone charged ok with a very thin case but became slower with the thin metal shims required to magnetically attach the phone to the charger.
I had to purchase a thin case as my normal case wouldn't charge at all due to the separation of the phone from the charger by the metal tabs you have to place on the phone to secure it to the charger.

Good mobile wireless charging mount. My phone a Galaxy S10+ would slip off from time to time. The mount stayed in place well. Now with my new truck, I now longer need it so it just sits in my garage waiting for a new person to use it.

Doesn’t work well with phone cases. Phone won’t stay mounted to the charger, and won’t charge my phone even though I have a Qi certified case.

I purchased this in hopes it would Help to simplify my charging experience in the car.
Not only does it lack strength in the magnets... (my phone barely stays on and it’s and iPhone X) it also comes loose from the dash multiple times a week and is very picky on how the phone must “attach” to the base to allow for charging.
I would not recommend purchase of this product and wished I had returned instead of buying new phone cases in a desperate attempt to make it A functional addition to my vehicle.

I put charging head on my Scosche cd slot mount didn’t really want the suction cup mount, works perfect just need magnets to hold a little stronger with plates inside phone case don’t want to stick plates to case, phone will fall if things get too bumpy

I loved the mount itself. It adhered well to my dash, but as soon as I added magnets, it would no longer charge. I am using an otterbox case on a galaxy s9+. Might be fine with other phones or cases

It works okay, the only thing I dislike about it is that it doesn’t not charge your phone fast. I’ll have it on the charger for an hour and it’ll only go up by like 15%

Pricey compared to other similar items. Too many parts and not very stable. My Samsung Galaxy Note 9 doesn't stay put.
