However, though unless you see it in store vs online or you know car mount verbiage.. you would not know it is fixed and not able adjust it to other angles. Since the dumb COVID I couldn’t go in to the store and see that fact. But it works as it functionally should.

Holds well but may vibrate

I just slipped the magnetic plate between phone and a clear spigen case and voila! Honestly wanted the vent mount but was unavail. I was worried about vibration from my car(sti) and was right about it. I think bc of this version requiring an "arm," the vent version should mitigate vibrations from stiffer sprung vehicles.

I use this magnetic mount every day

Yet it doesn't block my view (I have it on one of the beanbag mounts on the left side of the dash, out of the way). It allows me to grab my phone as I exit my car without having to disconnect anything or push any buttons. Love it!

Almost perfect!

The suction function works flawlessly. Unfortunately mounting anything in the windshield during summer may not be an option depending on one's locale (I'm in Phoenix so that's a no go).
