Used this on an extended trip and it worked wonderfully using the suction cup to attach the holder to the windshield. It never slipped or moved, but the arm allows a mildly annoying amount of vibration to reach the phone. Not a big deal, but annoying after a time. Overall, though, great product.

It is not a great fit for the airvents, as advertised. AND the brace piece on the back needs to be ratcheted so it will stay in place. The vent attachment is too tight. The brace on the back is a nice idea yet it is is way too loose. Have to reset it every time I use the device.

This is a very good solution for having your smart phone handy while you drive. I've tried other similar models that didn't work well.

This mount is of very high quality and very sturdy for everyday use. Only complaint I had with it is the foam that holds the foam in place came unglued after about 3 weeks of use, I will just have to use some glue and reattach it to the plastic. Other than that it is great.

For an inexpensive holder it does the job. Nothing fancy or super solid with the way it connects to the dashboard, windshield, or vent. The vent seems to be the most stable but I do not like the pressure it puts on the actual vents. When A/C is on, the phone is nice and cold but cooler weather will bring on the heater which might overheat the phone. I use the puck attached to the dash with the suction cup in our F-150 center dash tray. It is a little flimsy around bumps but otherwise holds the phone fine. Not bad for under 20.00 but would not spend more than that.

Seems good quality, but we have not installed it in my car yet, so I can not be 100% sure that it works.

Got this universal holder to replace my lost GPS holder. The suction cup has never come off my window, and it is the perfect holder for my GPS device...and my phone! Well-made, easy to adjust the position/angle if needed. I like that it has a longer “arm” that holds my device a bit closer to me than my original GPS holder had—makes it easier to see the screen. Great buy!

So I got this thinking find a good place for it I didn’t know it came with a vent piece and fit perfect I have 2012 Audi a6 and the MMI screen comes out right next to it

Works great and does the job! I'm a local truck driver and this definitely suffices.

It holds phones pretty well but not made for all car types. My dash isnt flat enough nore has the right kind of material to stick the thing in the exact apot that i want it in and i constantly experience the whole thing falling off if i touch it in the wrong spot or grab my phone too quickly. It sucks because this seems to be the only that will actually hold my type of phone.

Took this on a two-week business trip to Florida and it worked great in the rental car to hold my phone. It expands but holds the phone firmly enough for me to get it in and out with out it falling out while driving. The suction (it is new) stayed on the window for the entire trip without any issues.

I've purchased at least one of these every year for the past 5 years as the suction cups lose their elasticity hence lose suction. This piece is clearly better quality than others I have owned. It'll be interesting to see if the suction cup on this one lasts through the year

Serves it's purpose overall. When using on the vent, it completely gets in the way of airflow (obviously), but it severely impacts cooling performance.

Really good mount that can be reattached multiple times....very sturdy handle...the only downside is that after a while the retractable sides stop pushing out with the button but still a very good product!

Bought while on out of town trip. Price was decent. It lasted a few months before one of the padding material came off/became unglued. If it wasn't for that, it would have been a great product for the price. very easy to use.

I bought this product for my grown children and my spouse. They all use a navigation app while they drive and so safety was my main reason for seeking out this mount. I liked the fact that it had both a vent holding option as well as a regular mount. Everybody is very satisfied with this product and I like that fact that it's much more versatile than other mounting systems.

I really love this mount for my iPhone 8+. It is super affordable. You can use the suction cup to the windshield or the vent clips. I appreciate the 2 different ways as sometimes it gets to hot to use the windshield mount and I switch to the vent clip. It's super easy to move or adjust. Overall, highly recommend this product!

Husband was looking for a phone mount to hold his phone up in his semi, happened to see this in Best Buy and it was on sale. Works well, even without having to use the pre glued adhesive backing. Great thing was that it was on sale!

The product needs a little bit of work because it gets a little loose

This is a great item to hold your phone while driving. The only thing I will advise, is make sure you open the grips completely before pulling your phone off. If you pull the phone off without opening the grips completely, the rubber falls off and your phone will fall. The rubber grip sticks back on securely though, so the device will stay put.
