After about a month or so of using it, the button that is supposed to release the phone clamps no longer works. It presses, but doesn't release the clamps. I now have to physically pull the clamps apart to release my phone. To make matters worse, the adhesive pad that allows you to suction-cup the mount to the dash started to un-stick about a week after I started having the clamp issue. The whole thing eventually fell over as I was driving. Let it be clear that used alcohol wipes to clean the area before I applied the adhesive (and let it dry, of course). All-in-all, just don't buy this cheap plastic product. Spend your money on something better.
