I am just using the phone holder in my air vent as the arm is now useless. Phone holder works good and holds my I-phone 11 pro max perfect.

Ended up using a Scoshe heater vent mount instead. I drive a modern Malibu and there was no place this was not totally in the way. Maybe that is more the car, but still.

It worked great for about a week, then one of the sliders warped from the heat in the car. It went in the trash after that.

It was a pain to get it in the right place on my windshield and is very hard to adjust. I have a rela8small phone with a thin case but its apparently too heavy for the holder. As soon as I put my phone in it, it starts dropping downward. I've adjusted it to be as tight as possible, but it still drops. I had to move the mount so the bottom of my phone rests on the dash to keep it from drooping. Also, the release buttons are inconveniently located on the back and at the bottom. Almost impossible to get to, especially since I have to have it resting on my dash. I only wish I had kept the box so I could return it.

Poor quality

I bought this device for travel and I did not open the box before my trip outta state which did not start til about 5 days after I purchased the device. Needless to say, return status was overdue by the time I got back.
