The controller is nice and feels nice, fast response time and lots of extra buttons to map however: it uses Corsairs ICue for software and everybody knows that ICue sucks!! It just doesn't work half of the time. Even when I save my settings on the Hardware it doesn't work like it supposed to. Bunch of bugs and errors. If Scuf do its own software it could be 100x better. In my opinion, get the PS5 edge controller. it has everything this one has but with a better software.

I've gone through quite a few controllers and this is by far my favorite. The functionalities of the controller being able to remap thru the app and have multiple profiles is standard but most controllers only allow you to remap from buttons within the controller. This controller allows you to map keybinds and macros which is pretty cool. I now have a PTT button instead of using my foot pedal. I also have a mute button for game and chat audio bound on the controller (no longer need keyboard or foot pedal). While I play competitive (semi-sweat) on Call of Duty, I was able to bind a instant dive button and slide button to avoid dead-slides. My movement went from good to GREAT. There are other binds that I haven't explored yet and are only available on a controller of this kind! Quality: The controller feels light but sturdy. Doesn't feel like if it fell off my desk it would break or get instant stick drift. I did opt-in for the Best Buy protection plan but that's because I want a replacement quickly vs going through manufacture if anything went wrong.

I got this controller to try something new and to be able to do macros and bind keyboard keys to my controller. Ive seen many bad scuf reviews and usually shyed away from their products but I play pc only at the moment and decided to give this controller a try since it has so many features. Ive had it for a week now and it still functions as good as new. I havent experienced any stick drift as of yet which i cant say for an elite series 2 which I refunded after a few days. This controller is really good and my biggest complaint i have has to do with the software it comes with which malfunctions at times and is why I deducted points from ease of use. My advice is to set your profile and configurations then leave the app alone. Also, do not set your trigger deadzone to zero which can cause it to malfunction in game...leave it at 5 percent. The paddle design could be better but ive gotten used to it. All that being said Im pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this controller.

So far the software has been the only buggy part of the controller, The sticks are very good and the response time is much better than the standard console controllers.

The controller is great. Great quality, great feel, everything as described. Software is pretty garbage. Very difficult to use the controller to its full extent with the software being as buggy as it is.

Honestly I was very sceptical about buying this when I was in need of a new controller but I'm very happy I did buy it. I was using Xbox elite series 2 controles and then went over to a power a controller and honestly this controller is by far better than those two combined. Very easy to use and set up plus the front plate comes off so if I need to clean any of my buttons it's very easy to do. 10/10 would recommend.

Good product. Works out of the box with no driver install required. Sticks are proned to drift but I got the exchange/replacement to resolve that in the future. Sticks are short with no adapters to increase length. Trigger buttons have long travel and no way to adjust. If set up or configured correctly you can play without hands ever coming off the controller.

Excellent controller. The only thing that would make it better is for it to have hall effect sticks to combat the drift that inevitably creeps in over time. iCUE can be weird at times, usually doesn't give you fits though

While I like the extra customization with the G-Keys and the extra buttons on the side of the controller (in addition to back paddles), this controller just wasn’t for me. The back paddles/buttons just weren’t in a comfortable location for me to press quickly and easily. Would prefer a higher end controller to have more options or ways to customize that piece. Other than that this does seem like a controller with a lot of positives still - trigger stops, buttons that are more of a click press, the G-key functionality, as welll as things like the grip. Would recommend if you feel like back buttons are in a good place based on your preference

Great controller, lots of customization, and very ergonomic. Ive had the Scuf Reflex FPS and i loved it but this controllers versatility is amazing. The use of Corairs Software to fully customize mappings and tune your deadzones for not only the thumsticks but for the triggers as well. Overall, best controller i have ever owned!!

I wanted to love this controller. Out of the box it feels great in the hand. Everything feels solid, like a nice premium device. Sadly, it's all downhill from there. To begin with, functionality is hobbled by iCUE software. Not only does iCUE have a name that starts with a lower-case i, despite not being an Apple product, it also is a royal pain to get working properly. Profile editing often does the opposite of what you think it will do. And if you're unlucky the software will update, then tell you it has to sync, and you'll have to make your profile(s) all over again. The side buttons are awful. Clearly nobody tested these because I find myself randomly pressing them by accident constantly, so now I have them unassigned. The back buttons are decently placed, and when they're working they are really nice, but the shape of the plastic is such that sometimes they stick. The wireless dongle I got is really flaky. Whenever it is plugged in, I get random windows prompts about device plugged/unplugged. It also causes feedback on my wireless headphones if the receivers are within a foot of each other. When I connect via USB cable everything is fine, but I wish I could remove the battery if I can only use it wired. Finally, right out of the box the sticks have drift. The only way to fix that is to recalibrate the dead zones. Overall, I can't find any good reason why I would recommend this product to anyone. It really seems like something that got the "good enough" seal of approval so they could start selling it before the holidays.

I WAS excited for this controller. I am newer to the pc gaming community and I wanted a controller that was up to the task. I researched for about a week on different controllers, and the scuff gaming controller was without a doubt the way to go. I bought the controller in store and took it home the same day ready to play some of my favorite games. The controller felt great in my hands. The mouse click buttons fed my adhd perfectly. I downloaded the software and fired up Call of Duty, ready to dominate anyone that stood in my way. Then everything fell apart. From my furst game I could tell immediately there was a lag with every button i pushed. I was a kid on christmas that got everything I wanted and all the disappointment of my dad not coming home with the milk he promised. Then I found the stick drift that could have been in a fast and furious movie. This controller was a big disappointment for the price point. Needless to say, I returned the conroller and got a playstation pro controller for a little bit more. Stick to what you know. You will regret this purchase.

I've had scuf controllers before, like the 4ps custom controller, and broke within the first year I've purchased them. This controller how ever has lasted me much longer and I've used it so much more. The amount of functionality this controller has, such as the mappable keys, is a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend to any PC gamer.

When I first started using it, it would have been a 5-star review. However, after upgrading my motherboard, the ICUE software required to use it is limiting the potential of this controller. If you look up the issues you will see how many other people are having issues with this controller. The controller itself is amazing but right now I cannot recommend anyone buying it with the current software issues. I would say wait till the software issues are resolved before dropping 200 for this controller.

10/10, you don’t realize how fast the PS and Microsoft controllers go out. Buttons feel crispy for sure, if you are on PC, the settings let you narrow down to specific games and let you change profiles. I use mine for rocket league and I never realized how much I had to double click to register my jumps but with this controller I was messing up cause it was TOO responsive
