Great controller. Had for awhile now with no issues other than of course stick drift but other than that works great.

I Simply love this controller. I am mostly a PlayStation gamer new to PC gaming. I love the layout of this controller very similar to Dual sense. The G Keys are amazing 11 mappable buttons make this controller so good for a controller gamer. price point kind of high but after 1 day of playing I changed my tune very quickly. much more value then my Dual Sense Edge. (I know different applications just comparing)

Awesome controller....when it works. It only connects about half the time and then half of the time it is working all the button mapping you have previously done doesn't work. I have tried updating the firmware, reinstalling the software, tried it wirelessly, wired, and also in offline mode and no luck.

My son was happy with this purchase he plays with it every day.

Best controller for pc players. The mix of xbox shape with the playstation stick layout is 100% the best thing ever. No more hand fatigue if you have small hands.

Controller has good build quality, triggers feel great, thumb stick calibration was acceptable out of the box, and promised features all seems to be good. You need to use icue software from corsair and this is where it goes wrong. My problem was that icue is not comparible with my laptop keyboard rgb as it has a steelseries keyboard built in. So icue conpletey shut off my keyboard lighting. I went into the software that handles my keyboard and nothing i do can get it to work. I have headphones, mice; controller and keyboard from all different companies with all different software to run it- icue is the first one that messed up the other devices. I have found no solutions online so its back to the store with this controller. Its a shame as this is the first controller you can put keyboard binding onto it.

This is one of the best thing I got for Best Buy the controller reaction time is amazing quality of it is great. Get the best controller so I highly recommend this to anyone to buy this controller if you’re running a PC gaming experience. I am a streamer so I played this Go through controllers this one is very, very good

Mousenclick buttons and easily customized. Only for PC.

The mechanical switches are the selling point for me, feel great. For the price it should have hall effect joy sticks as mine already drift slightly out of the box. The fact that I need to install iCue is very annoying, the software has improved but gaming software feels like bloatware to me.

Had a regular ps5 controller before won’t go back Buttons are significantly better

Feels great. Clicky buttons were amazing. Lots of customization. I ended uo returning it due to a few annoyances… the vibration is barely existent for one. I know “pro players” don’t like vibration, so it’s admittedly dialed down, but using this made me instantly want to go back to my PS5 controller to be able to feel racing games again. Second, the back/side paddles activate with zero to no pressure. Every time I picked up the controller I would always depress them, activating a button I customized to it, maybe resetting a race, maybe unpausing, whatever. I ended up covering them up… so at this point - no additional buttons and no vibration - why did I even spend the money for it? Returned it and still searching for a better third party option.

This is a very versatile controller and very adaptable for its user especially with all the customization you can do through ICUE. The only drawback is that it does not have a built in microphone.
