Corsair is a terrible company and had no answers other than to keep trying to download, no fix, customer support is less than favorable.

Your constantly pressing the buttons on the sides of the controllers so much so that I had to put in the little delete plates and remove them.. same with the buttons on the back of the controller they're in a really weird spot and I kept hitting them so I had to delete two out of the four.. on top of that the controller just is weird comfort wise for me at least.. If you plan on spending this much on a controller do yourself a favor and just get an Xbox elite 2 because that's a far better controller.. the Xbox E2 controller is the final boss as it goes for controllers

Great controller, software holds it back

The iCUE software is a little confusing at first and sometimes will just not work and you have to restart your PC. But other than that, for the price its great.
