It’s a great controller seen that some people had problems with the wireless connection, I found out you only get the problem when your controller is close to running out of battery. Overall it’s a great controller

Awesome controller mine did break almost a year into owning but best membership made it easy to get it replaced

I use this controller for New World and able to assign all the keystrokes I need to play the game. Interface to program buttons is ok but does the job. D-Pad and buttons are mouse click style so controller is extremely responsive

On paper and when it works this controller is awesome. The ability to have extra buttons and map them to keyboard is a great idea. However the ICUE software and the controller never work correctly. It constantly shuts off for random reasons mid game, refuses to recognize the paddles after reconnecting, it requires a total PC reset to get the controller to communicate with the software...Recently the last straw was the controller completely bricks and will not work at all in game...It says its connected to ICUE fully charged, but it does not register on any game, specifically Apex Legends. For the price this thing should have no issues whatsoever...i am returning to Best Buy...do not buy this controller until they fix all the bugs with the software and hardware intergrations.

I thought it would be more useful, but the side buttons were not easy to get used to and I found myself going back to my old scuf.

The controller feels and looks nice, buttons are very responsive. The paddles and side action buttons can be mapped to keyboard keys, but it turns out that if you try to use this to add more control at your fingertips in a game, it doesn't work. Also, the iCue lighting control is pathetic. The controler is advertised as having rolling color abilities, which is true as long as you leave it on default. If you try to control the lighting yourself it's clunky and all or nothing. No individual button or led control. Overall this was a controller with a lot of potential, and I want to like it, but it just lacks so much functionality. I returned it and I might get a PS5 controller instead.

Best controller for pc gaming. I've had several controllers in the past from the xbox elite series 2 to the dual edge ps5 controller and this scuf controller is by far the best. Highly recommend it to those who want to elevate their gaming experience!

The controller is pretty great. The ICUE software is not. It does take some getting used to as the shape is a bit odd, but overall I am satisfied.

Very good controller for shooters, but that's about it. For fighters, the dpad is not great at all.

Love this controller. I actually really like the side buttons, overall feel and Icue doesn't really seem to affect pc performance.

Like the controller only complaint is I have to remap my buttons randomly ever so often. My be when it updates.

If you like the playstation (left stick positioning of the controller to be in the middle of the controller) design then i reccomend this.

Best controller out there. I’ve owned quite a few controllers in battle beaver , and scuff and nothing compares to this one.

Solid controller but the bumpers in the back run my fingers and made it uncomfortable at times

Controller is nice until it stops working mid match to the point of having to restart your pc. I’ve forced updates reset it and it always eventually does the same thing bugs tf out… controller would be great if they can get the software working properly but since it’s I use I would t get your hopes up 2 stars

Great product, fast connection, and definitely improves movement in fps games.

The buttons are rough when you first use it after a while it loses it up after that it feels like a regular remote with attachments on it so don’t be afraid that it’s rough and the button doesn’t feel smooth yet

Icue software makes this controller have glitches. At times it has been difficult to have the controller connect in game. And when it does, it disconnects. The whole point is to use the Gkeys, which are only available using the software. As a controller it's great, but the added price is for the gkeys which can't be used because of icue.
