Its extremely nice to hold, the button mapping couldnt be more accessable and modifable, and it connects through ICue for a seamless connection!

Only issue I had is my Dpad kicked the bucket within two days. I already returned the device and will be ordering again.

Icue software crashes and is garbage, definitely do not recommend.

They take forever with updates. For 180 dollar controller, their software makes it unusable. Something is broke in the software not allowing the controller to communicate with the pc or game or something. Plenty of Reddit post about it. As I’m writing this review. I’ve restarted my PC three times. Unplugged and replugged in the controller many times. Nothing is working. Triggers. Mapped buttons. Nothing. Completely unacceptable. I’ve only owned it two weeks. It worked fine on initial install of the software. EVER since it’s been bugged. Not worth it. Wait for Corsair to fix the software. Which will probably be never.

You can manually program the paddles like other Scuf controllers. Bad: everything else. To really use this controller to its fullest you need to run Corsair’s “iCue” software which was made to control keyboard and fan light shows. Not controllers. Wired or wireless this controller will fail. ICue will crash. Triggers and paddles won’t work. Corsair/Scuf CS is lousy. They never update the drivers or software. Hard pass until they fix all of it.
