If they added some of those features to the Reflex then it would be insane, but the overal placement of buttons and feel we’re incredibly uncomfortable. As well as the paddles from thumb. It feels like an OVERALL stretch for the hand again, the paddles felt too close. Maybe if the gripwithin the palm were a bit thicker and the software shouldnt be a factor. Plug and play is what we are use to.

Phenomenal Potential Wasted By iCUE

Feels good in the hands, with every button being easily accessible. I seldom hit the wrong input and my performance is great while allowing quick access to frequently used macros. However, it's held back by its iCUE requirement. Because of this awful software, I've spent more time troubleshooting than I've spent playing games since I got it. Custom button mappings are regularly reset and non-standard buttons occasionally stop working at random. No workarounds last very long, making every effort to fix issues pointless. As much as I'd like to keep waiting for an update, iCUE has been dreadful from the beginning, with people complaining about issues persisting with this controller since its launch almost a year ago. Reluctantly returned.

Their customer dervice department is non-existent, and the controller keeps disconnection or losing its mapping mid-game. Despite updating to the latest firmware/software. At this price point, there shouldnt be this amount of issues. Garbage garbage garbage. I gave it a chance, i really tried but had to return it.

Don’t believe the hype of the customization and input lag. The G Keys aren’t as independent as I hoped. Went back to my Power A Fusion that’s $80 and it’s so much better.
