Good controller took forever to get here please ship faster

Software is horrible. Cant even play most the time. Cuts off mid game

A great controller hindered by Corsair's god awful, buggy software. Save your money & buy something else.

It’s a great controller, just a lot of software issues. Hopefully they come out with software and firmware updates that would make it better.

My second one should have bought the edge pro by sony

This controller is amazing and great for the number of capabilities it has. My only reason for a two star, is that mine is dead already. It will not turn on and the reset button will not even reset it to allow it to work. Have tried holding the power button, letting it charge overnight and nothing. No stock to replace it. Otherwise this is a 5 star product and once I have a working unit I will update as long it last longer than a week.

Save money, buy another brand or xbox controller. Corsair drivers and software is horrible and you can't really use the controller for what's it's made for without.

Unfortunately i got mine defective RT even with setting at 15%depth would still press on its own. And up arrows would press twice

The quality of this controller initially is great. The clicky buttons are nice but it is not in any way shape or form durable. It literally fell off my desk (which is maybe 2.5 feet off the ground) and the right trigger fell off and wont go back on and the right dpad doesnt click. Literally just fell off the desk and now i cant even use it. Xbox controllers can withstand getting beamed across the room but this one cant handle a short fall? Lol and of course i read the bad reviews too late which are also saying right trigger is an issue for others

Good controller unfortunately you need the corsair software which is HORRIBLE. Just downloading Corsair software has my PC going haywire. Sutters galore. I would have returned it but it's past the return window. DO NOT buy, unless you have a FULL Corsair ecosystem.

Had for less than a month and returned it today. The D pad was permanently pressed in. No response from SCUF. I did buy the white one, because when it worked, it was great. After a month though, that malfunction is laughable. Will update if the new one makes it to 2 months. Make sure ICUE is constantly running in the background, or your controller will stop working.

Joy sticks are the worse thing about them they are super stiff an hard to push in

Ended up returning the controller after a couple days of use. Not the best product from scuf. Playing fps games with this I notice a bit a of a design flaw that the triggers and bumpers are too close and you end up getting either one or both at the same time. I’d recommend getting a ps5 controller from scuf over this one.

This controller could be game changing, if it worked. The only way I can get the paddles and side buttons to work is if I uninstall and reinstall iCue every time I game. It's definitely on the heavy side too, because they don't offer the option to remove the vibration components.

Nothing but a terrible experience this far. I adjust the paddles in iCUE and there's a massive delay to when it actually executes in game (like 2-4 seconds. Now my controller doesnt even show up in iCUE, tried different USB inputs but nothing. After hours and hours nothing but frustration
