The controller had so much potential. Corsair iCUE is possibly the worst software that has ever been released and they make you have to use it in order to use and map the controller. I had iCUE on my PC prior to getting the controller and it caused so many issues on my PC like causing my headset to short circuit and the lights not working and not functioning the way it should and it would short circuit my controller and sometimes even pull me out of a game mid match. Because of this, I uninstalled the program vowing never to use it again but this controller makes you. As soon as I installed it again and plugged my controller in the firmware updates wouldn’t work on iCUE and it blacked out all my LED lights inside my PC. This caused me to spend an hour troubleshooting and still couldn’t get everything back to the way it was so I then moved onto the controller to try and map it. I probably watched 30 YouTube videos and did everything it asked and it just wouldn’t work and then after close to 3 hours of failed attempts I finally got it to work 1/2 of what I wanted but the amount of headaches that came with it and having to deal with iCUE just to use the controller wasn’t worth it so I plan on returning it tomorrow. Corsair also have no customer service when it comes to these things and won’t even pick up the phone to walk you through their awful software so after 20 min on hold they sent me to voicemail and I got no return call and I submitted a ticket with no response. It’s wild that this company and this platform exists with such awful customer service/support and a terrible product. It’s a shame.

I would never reccomend thg is brad to anyone under any circumstances. If you want a more competitive option than focus on comfort and latency first, and then whatever you do , dont buy scuf. Ive been gaming for 25 years, and have never been nicer to a controller. It wont stay connected via cable making it inoperable while plugged in. If you need to charge you cant use it , if you wanted to use it wired , you cant use it. It was maybe 6 or 8 months of use and i got 5 years out of an xbox elite controller. Looking into the issue on my controller apparently they are several generations in , controller wise, to having the same issue. I would never expect it to be rectified by their QC team or their designs because obviously theyre selling enough for it to not matter. Do not buy these things, you will replace it sooner than you wanted to.

The controller is amazing only when it works. I did not know about all of the issues with tehe software before purchasing. The controller constantly forgets the mappings and the program shows errors. The triggers will stop working mid game, requring a restart of my PC or reinstall the Icue program. What should be the best controller out there, is ruined by these software issues. Not sure if I should wait for an update or return the controller, as many others out there have the same issues

This controller was a pretty good. It would be excellent if you did not need the software or the software wouldn't crash and lose the key bindings.

I purchased two Envision Pros for my son and me. Although many reviews on YouTube advised not to buy these, I went against my better judgment hoping that all the programable buttons would help elevate our game. Controllers are overpriced and the extra buttons are non-operable despite trying to map or bind them even with using the iQUE software. Save your money and buy an Xbox controller as it works better than this on PC and it cost a quarter of the price. After less than a month one of my controllers D Pad stopped working. I am happy it is under warranty but there is no customer service rep to talk to, just a chat bot, I brought these directly from Scuf and even though I am logged into my account, I had to take screen shots in order to prove proof of purchase and model information. This is a complete waste of time and money.

Controller is great to use. Paddles and buttons have great response. But the software used from corsair is absolutely trash. I have to restart my entire pc for wz to recognize my controller every time I use a different controller to play other games. I only use this controller for my fps games. Software is so bad I have debated about giving this controller away because it’s that bad.

Good controller, rumble could be better, but functionality is pretty good with the icue software, looking forward to swappable faceplates

Probably the worst controller I’ve purchased so far. The software is terrible. Constantly crashing or changing your custom profiles while you’re playing or completely disconnecting. The controller it self, design wise seemed good until I got it. The button placement is not ideal for competitive gaming. The back buttons are too close together the side button are pressed too easily. I play a lot of call of duty and there are times the buttons don’t register. Other times the gun will start shooting by it self or aiming down sights. I don’t know if it is the controller or the software that is messing up. Both seem to be the issue. Don’t waste your money like I did. Explore other options. Until they fix the software and fix the controller issues this controller isn’t worth the asking price.

You’ll get 6 months max before the triggers don’t work. While in game lobby it can’t decide if your on controller or m&k. Software updates for controller where I have to reset button mapping what a joke the whole thing is
