SCUF support provides no published way to open a ticket, or even an email address. You have to use their chat bot which is designed NOT to open a ticket. This company is fraudulent and will take your money and not honor their warranty commitments.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately when I started using the controller the mapping didn’t work in the game (call of duty modernwarfare 2) I tried fixing it thru the software thinking I did something wrong , and all the sudden the controller died and doesn’t turn back on, I tried different usb ports, I tried resetting the controller , I made sure it wasn’t on eco mode , everything and it’s just DEAD doesn’t work , unbelievable, so not only is it dead but if that somehow got fixed the controller doesn’t even work like it should !

One day it just wouldnt turn on and it has been that way for two weeks now. Best Buy couldnt help me when it first disabled, and scuf/corsair wont help me now after submitting several claims.
