Used to replace a drive that was full. Installed and set up very easily. The quality is unquestionable. Western digital has always been reliable .

Doing well as a replacement drive for a PS4. Initially went in for a 2TB drive but they were out.

Replaced an ailing laptop hard drive. Just had to delete the existing partitions on this drive and start new, but was able to reinstall Windows with no problem after that.

Well it's not the fastest drive out there, but then again if you're buying a platter drive rather than a solid state, you probably don't care too much. I use it to hold a bunch of Steam games for VR, while my OS is on an SSD. It works just fine for my needs.

Bought this hard drive skeptically because of the cost; it installed easily, is faster than the original and cost 1/3 what the others did online. Don't hesitate to buy it.

I bought this to upgrade my ps3 fat from 40gb to 1tb. Just be aware that if you do this, the ps3 uses FAT32 and you lose a lot of space because how inefficient it is on large drives. I think it was down to around 725gb available after I put it in. Side note, while I doubt it its related, I figured I would mention this just in case. After this was installed overnight, my ps3 decided to die (left it on to download 100+gb of games). The ps3 fat is known for the solder to slowly wear down (separate) due to heat and cause hardware failures (its now showing the yellow hardware light failure). Like I said, it highly doubt its related, but it always makes your wonder, right?

PC was reading hard drive was full called a friend recommended Seagate 1TB. He installed in one afternoon and PC works great now have so much room on hard drive

This hard drive was a good price and fit perfectly into my PS4 with no problems, double or up with an enclosure and you can use the old hard drive as an external.

This drive will fit any laptop, Both Windows and Mac Laptops. Its fast and of course only need to be installed and put your operating system on it and go
